Pas un grand moment, l’hotel semble être à l’abandon bien que le personnel essaye de faire ce qu’il peut. La villa avec piscine est juste pas mal. Le QR code de la chambre ne correspondait pas à notre chambre pour commander les repas, c’est dire qu’il y a un léger flottement. Au pool bar personne pour nous servir, il a fallu que je monte au restaurant pour être servi, alors que c’était l’heure de l'apéritif… biensur pas d’evening cocktail pour les fidèles clients Accor, et pas de surclassement en villa piscine. A quoi sert mon statut Platinum pour cet hôtel ? Un petit déjeuner « Novotel », rien d’incroyable évidemment. Et le retour avec speed boat est efficace si seulement arrivé au Novotel Siracha nous ne devions pas attendre nos valises 20 minutes. J’ai été aider le pauvre employé qui était seul pour s’occuper de toutes les valises, il faudrait au moins 2 employés pour ceci. Une logistique qui ne me fera pas revenir. Prenez exemple sur le Pullman de Pattaya qui est vraiment bon en tout point.

At Novotel Koh Si Chang, there is no Club Lounge, so we do not provide evening cocktails there. However, as part of the loyalty program benefits at Koh Si Chang, we provide soft drinks in the room as a replacement for this benefit. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the QR code issue, pool bar service, breakfast, and luggage handling. Your comments have been shared with the respective teams to improve service and operational efficiency. We greatly value feedback from our Platinum members, as it is important that all guests fully enjoy the benefits of their loyalty status. Situé tout au bout de l’île, en bord de mer, l’hôtel a une piscine magnifique avec une vue imprenable. Les chambres sont très spacieuses (villa) et modernes mais peu meublées. Il pourrait y avoir un meuble sous télé. Le petit-déjeuner est correct.il manque du vrai café en grains. Le perso est vraiment au top Vu l’isolement il est préférable de louer un scooter au débarcadère même si l’hôtel propose des navettes régulièrement Excellent séjour
