We are especially concerned to learn about the wet pathway leading to the villas, the unpleasant odor, and the plastic waste you observed in the outdoor areas. Regarding your comment about upgrading to a villa, please note that villa room types are not eligible for loyalty program upgrades as we have only four villa units, which are in high demand that why our pool villa not apply for upgrading. We apologize for any disappointment this may have caused. Concerning the evening cocktail, please note that this service is available only at Novotel Sriracha. At Novotel Koh Si Chang, there is no Club Lounge, so we do not provide evening cocktails there. However, as part of the loyalty program benefits at Koh Si Chang, we provide soft drinks in the room as a replacement for this benefit. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the QR code issue, pool bar service, breakfast, and luggage handling. Your comments have been shared with the respective teams to improve service and operational efficiency. We greatly value feedback from our Platinum members, as it is important that all guests fully enjoy the benefits of their loyalty status.
