Cedric L. En couple - Avis confirmés ALL

Dear Cedric L., Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly as you were looking forward to a five-star experience in line with Accor standards. We are sorry to learn that you found the room condition and overall experience below your expectations. We fully understand that the condition of the room plays an important role in the overall guest experience, and your comments regarding the room’s condition have been shared with the relevant team for further review. Regarding the amenities and welcome gesture provided in your room, we are sorry that these did not create the experience we intended. We also regret that our evening turndown service did not meet your expectations. Your comments have been noted and will be reviewed with the relevant teams to ensure greater consistency in our service delivery. We are pleased to know that you found our swimming pool attractive, although we regret that the surrounding environment and beach safety arrangements did not provide the level of comfort you expected. Your concerns regarding the beach area, including the presence of stray dogs, have also been noted for further attention. Most importantly, we are sorry that your concerns at the time of departure were not resolved in a way that made you feel genuinely cared for. While our Front Office Heartist did her best to assist, we understand that a small gesture such as a keychain could not address the concerns you had experienced during your stay. Your feedback is valuable to us, as it highlights areas where we need to improve and be more consistent in delivering the experience our guests expect. We sincerely hope that we will have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide you with a more positive and memorable experience. Kind regards, Veranda Resort Pattaya Na Jomtien – MGallery Collection

Dear Madeleine K., Thank you very much for taking the time to share such detailed and thoughtful feedback following your stay with us. Regarding the dinner included in your half-board package, we are pleased that you enjoyed the quality of the pork, while we sincerely regret that the sweetness of the burger bun did not meet your expectations. Your specific feedback regarding the bun will be shared with our culinary team for further review.

Dear Michel B., Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay, especially our beachfront location, beautiful sea views, warm swimming pool, and breakfast experience. It is also wonderful to know that the relaxing atmosphere contributed positively to your visit. We appreciate your comments regarding the room descriptions and the partial-view room layouts.

Nicolas K. En couple - Avis confirmés ALL

Dear Nicolas K., Thank you very much for your wonderful review and kind words. We are truly delighted to hear that you enjoyed our peaceful beachfront location, intimate atmosphere, and well-appointed rooms. It is especially rewarding to know that our beachfront pools, varied breakfast offerings, and the friendly, attentive, and professional service from our team K.Wattana, Khun Pao and Khun Nan contributed to making your stay a memorable one. Your compliments truly mean a lot to us and will be shared with the entire team. We sincerely look forward to welcoming you back to Veranda Resort Pattaya for another relaxing and memorable stay in the future. Anne L. En famille - Avis confirmés ALL

Dear Anne L., Thank you very much for sharing your feedback with us. We are pleased to hear that you found our rooms very nice and appreciated the hotel’s convenient location. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the limited number of sun loungers and parasols around the pool area. We fully understand how frustrating this situation can be, especially when it affects your ability to relax during your stay. Please be assured that your comments have been shared with our management team, and we are actively reviewing possible solutions to improve comfort and availability for our guests. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We truly hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide you with a more enjoyable and relaxing experience in the future. Jean-pierre S. En couple - Avis confirmés ALL

Dear Jean-Pierre S., Thank you for taking the time to share your impressions of your stay at Veranda Resort Pattaya - Na Jomtien Mgallery Collection. We are sincerely sorry to learn that the cleanliness of the common areas did not meet your expectations. Please know that we place great importance on the maintenance of our facilities and take your comments very seriously. Regarding the mirror layout of the bathroom, we understand that this may have caused inconveniences. We have also noted your remark about the mirror glass. It is indeed reserved for a specific location with design, and we apologize confusion. We appreciate your recognition of our staff and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better service during your next stay.
