Poor Service and Terrible Rooms
 STAY AWAY FROM HERE AND YOULL THANK ME LATER I booked 30 rooms for a tour, and it was a disaster. The staff was useless and unfriendly. The rooms were dirty and cramped, and the breakfast was barely edible. To make matters worse, they didn’t help with my lost luggage, even when the airport called them multiple times. Never staying here again.

This was my second stay at the Ibis Pattaya and the hotel has easy access to the beach, Terminal 21 and very easy parking. Whilst the rooms are simple, they are clean, have all the facilities required and the breakfast and pool are are pleasant.
