Always a pleasure returning to Ibis Pattaya! The entire team—reception, dining, and housekeeping—is incredibly welcoming and professional. Everytime I brought my dog, Peony, and the staff (especially P’Fern, P’Aom, and the Manager) went above and beyond to play with her and make her feel at home. Peony even got a custom watermelon drink from the bar! Huge thanks to the lovely 3rd-floor housekeeping staff as well. Will definitely be back :)
