Très bien situé, très agréable et excellent rapport qualité /prix. Transport à proximité (BTS et métro sous terrain ) . Personnel très accueillant et professionnel. Chambre spacieuse , vue imprenable , piscine très agréable et roof top super pour manger le soir. Un grand merci Snack et au personnel de l’accueil pour leur aide, leur conseils et leur efficacité

Hôtel parfaitement tenu avec un soin du détail pour faciliter le séjour des clients qui devient rare. La chambre est spacieuse, bien décorée et dotée de nombreux rangements et d'une belle vue. La literie est très confortable. Tous les personnels sont agréables et efficaces. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'élégance du lobby et le rooftop. Bien situé avec de nombreuses possibilités de restauration et à 5 minutes de l'Emsphere. Je suis très heureux d'avoir choisi le Novotel Sukhumvit 20 pour mes vacances.

Personnel exceptionnel De la réception au restaurant et au lounge avec Pan très sympathique et professionnel. En voyage de noces .. accueil chaleureux et pleins de petites attentions. Nous avons adoré cet hôtel et nous avons même réservé un nouveau séjour pour notre prochain escale à Bangkok. Bien situé, excellent buffet petit déjeuner et buffet fruit de mer les samedis. Avant de retourner au Laos après notre voyage au Japon, nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. Et nous avons adoré notre séjour ! Chambres très grandes (gros changement par rapport au Japon), salle-de-bains très grande également avec une vraie douche et des toilettes séparées. Literie parfaite, tout est disponible dans la chambre et la salle-de-bains. Petit-déjeuner avec un choix énorme et de qualité. Du sucré, du salé, rien ne manque. Nous reviendrons!
