I am a regular guest of your hotel. Yesterday, when checking in, your employee could not find my payment for accommodation, this was done 7 days ago from my side. She offered me to make the payment again. I also don't understand why the gym staff rudely and obscenely kicked me out of the gym, threatening me with security, only at the end they explained that I had to wear sneakers. Why are you so inattentive to the selection of staff who do not appreciate your regular guests.

Came here for the conference and had a great experience at the hotel with good environment, experience and food. The hotel location is great and the staff’s are very friendly. Had a great conversation with the hotel staff Heshan regarding my experience with hotel and he helped me out with various logistics too.

Very low level of hospitality. big apartment was booked in advance via official web site (not aggregator like booking.com regardless the fact that the price at the moment of booking on the official web site was higher). Baby cot was requested. 10 days before arrival i sent email request with exact arriving time (late night) and reminder to make slipping places for our children ready (positive email response was received). When we arrived NOTHING for both our children were ready. I returned to the desk for reminder, workers came and arranged 1 out of 2 slipping places. Second time I returned on the desk and got the feedback that "all baby cots are already utilized, we are very sorry, will manage it later, when will be available". After discussion I was proposed for extra bed as a temporary solution for the infant (from the safety perspectives it is disgusting....). Additionally (if there any standards to prepare the room before the check-in?). 1) The very first lamp in the apartment was blinking, 2) there was no kettle in the room, 3) minibar was "freezing" up to room temperature. For all these headaches I was offered by 2 glasses of free juices (!).

We booked multiple rooms for staff and customers. Then the Dubai storm hit us and no one could travel. All our rooms were resold as the place was full. All requests for refunds or credit have been bluntly refused, hiding behind the contract terms. No compassion shown by management. Terrible loss of repute on for Novotel and Accor brand. Never doing any future business with this heartless company. A disgrace to the travel trade.
