We stayed in a pool 4 bedroom suite for the 2nd time. Restaurants were amazing, staff so attentive. Service was very good, big improvement on our previous visit. Kids club also brilliant, especially the petting zoo.

A most impressive hotel, made superb by the excellent staff. Reception staff were most helpful and courteous. The Buffet meals were exceptional, such amazing choices and quality. Hotel suite was amazingly clean and housekeeping staff were very meticulous. The bar staff were very generous and attentive. We really only had one issue the bed in the master bedroom was too soft (personal preference would be a firm mattress)

We are coming now the 3rd year on xmas and we feel like beeing home. Excellent location with excellent employees which are very friendly. Especially Mr. Halil with his team at The Turquoise (e.g. Liz Sempson and all other colleagues). Mr. Halil welcomed us as in the past as he recognized us from previous stay.

For the amount of money I was charged during our stay I expected a luxurious stay with amazing service. Severely disappointed. Even the spa was average. Will not stay again.

All staff were brilliant throughout our 10 day stay, Can not fault Toro Loco, always love Isa and his team’s enthusiasm. Pool staff were amazing sorting our towels at cabana 19 and all our drinks needs. Had a flooded bathroom on first day but it was quickly remedied. The only downside was the air con wouldn’t get below 21 degrees despite several request to have it fixed.

Our stay at Rixos The Palm Dubai was excellent! Our suite was great, the pools were very good with warm water, the staff was ever so friendly, and the ultra all inclusive package was fabulous! Our kids picked up scoop after scoop of ice cream from smiling Amro, and we loved spending late evenings in the beach bar where Wilson, among others, treated us so friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good, and there was a decent amount of variation in the dinner buffets. For lunches, we opted to go to the beach restaurant.

4 day family break. Very nice overall. Dealt with our complaint well and changed our room. All completely fine. Worth considering evening events strategy as we had 3 out of 4 nights where the event noise was all consuming for other hotel guests. This was our complaint which was dealt with professionally and we have no issue with this. If I stay again I will check what plans you have for other events!

As returning guests, it is so nice to see that the high standards of service are still being achieved and that everyone made us feel extremely welcome. The quality of food is amazing and our suite was outstanding. The only inconvenience was the WiFi speed and coverage. This has unfortunately not improved over the past 6 years! A disappointment was that the water sports are no longer included. For the cost and quality of the stay, the was a surprise.

We were booked to stay with you for 5 nts recently to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday but sadly missed our flight in UK . We arrived 3 days late but informed the hotel on the first day that we would be a no show we asked if we could possibly have our missed 3 days which had in fact been paid for in full added on to our stay as we only had 1 night left when we arrived but we’re told no and if we wanted to stay it would in fact be nearly another 3 thousand pounds to pay again for the 2 of us even though we had not used our stay that we had paid a lot of money for which is very u fair indeed. We only stayed the last night which was extremely disappointing and upsetting as this had been paid in full and we were only asking for the same nights to be added on to the end when we arrived . Our holiday was cut short and most upsetting indeed . I am a travel agent in UK and sell your accommodation constantly to uk guests and I was extremely upset and annoyed that we had paid for 5 nights stay and we only got to stay one night and that the hotel would not help and accommodate us to stay for the nights we had actually paid for especially during these unprecedented times currently but refused and wanted to charge us in full again I would like to ask that we are given a credit for our 3 nights that we did not get to stay at your hotel so that we can return again next year perhaps I look forward to hearing back from you Kind Regards Mrs L W.

We stayed at Rixos for 4 nights commencing 18 November. The experience was incredible from the time we stepped out of the taxi to when we left. A lovely hotel, friendly staff and wonderful restaurants. The steakhouse was fantastic with Wagyu steak included in the all inclusive rate. The little cake shop had the most delightful cakes and fantastic coffee.

We went to Rixos The Palm for the second time in October 2021 with three kids aged 2, 5 and 7. We have been to several lovely places in the region. That being said, the kids club at the Rixos is better than anything. Lovely staff, great events, energy, kids disco, petting zoo for an afternoon, jumping inflatable stuff the next day, etc. All great. We will be back for X-mas. Hence, a special thank you to Sibel Cengiz, the head of the kids club, and her team. On other matters, the all inclusive contract is worth it, very good food - a la carte for about half the days in specific restaurants - quality buffet for the rest of the days and brand name drinks. Good stuff. I am not being paid for writing this... :-)
