Rixos The Palm Luxury Suite Collection Hotel 5 stars

Ours was a family of 4 staycation added with occasion of our marriage's silver anniversary. Right from the time we landed, Rixos made sure that this would be a stay we would always remember. We had booked a two-bedroom suite, but when we were taken to our rooms it was a massive three-bedroom suite for us - Ipek, Khaled and their team had upgraded us. Ipek Dem was showing us our rooms and finally when we reached the master bedroom, she surprised us again - our room was beautifully decorated for our anniversary. Two surprises in five minutes of landing on a amazing holiday. We can go on and on for what happened next... But then it would be a spoiler for other guests who are planning to start their amazing vacation. Ours was full board package. Each and every restaurant on the property is worth trying. Each and every staff at the restaurant's was taking well care of the guests. Towards the end, my Family's only complaint was - two nights stay is also less, we should have stayed longer. But as every great story has an end, ours also did. We would once again like to thank everyone for making our stay and Anniversary memorable.

Comparing to rixos sharm and rixos antaliya ots not bad

Rixox! The place where you feel ... at home, the place where I spent 3 months, 3 beautiful months, full of pampering and good cheer! .I have been going to Dubai for over 15 years.I have been to many hotels in Dubai, but no hotel compares to this hotel !! Home .... is the right word for this wonderful hotel, for these wonderful people !! From the reception and I can say ,to the gardener who managed to make dear tomatoes!They are wonderful people !! The terrace of the hotel ... where we practically spent our time every night was extraordinary, it was the place where we started to feel ... at home, the place where our little girl was caressed, the place where we were treated like a family! An extraordinary staff ... a team ... a real team !! If I had to give a name I could start with Rose, Oner, Omer ... and the list could go on to the people on the beach, who too ... were there for us to make us a beautiful holiday! I would like to not forget and to say that the people who havethe shops inside the hotel ... were practically part as if they were part of the same team !! Congratulations Rixos, congratulations to the team, congratulations to the people there who stay and work there for us ... for those who go there and maybe sometimes we forget that they are people too ... that they must be treated ... like people and we ... maybe we forget to do that and we ask that everything be perfect !! We ... the ones who go there ... aren't perfect ... if we never see you !! Thank you ... thank you Rixos for everything you have done for me and my family !! OANA AND BRISEIS

Stay was good. But the all day dinning restaurant had repeated food served for lunch and dinner. Overall we were happy to visit.

very relaxing holiday , clean facility , friendly staff all areas pool and beach great rooms great as well the lunch and dinner buffet repetitive. I would come back again loyalty point ?? just a suggestion

We thoroughly enjoyed a break away home home.

The resort is excellent for couples and families. It is well laid out and offers many recreational options. The grounds are clean and Covid precautions are easily recognisable. We had wonderful service from Mr. Omar Elazzawi who assisted us with our earlier and last stay. He arranged an amazing family room and amenities to celebrate 2 birthdays and an annoying our family. Mr. Nelson and a host of other friendly staff in the general restaurant below the reception made our stay special and memorable

Hi Unfortunately we had to check out just 2 nights after we arrived because of lockdown in our country. We arrived at 25/12 and left at 27/12 We talked to the manager and he offered us an electronic voucher for 3 nights . We appreciate his kindness and we are waiting to get the voucher by email so we can visit rixos the palm again . Please send us the voucher as soon as you can Thank you so much

Rixos The Palm is a fantastic place for families. Starting from the huge rooms, variety of places to eat, private beach and pools. The staff was very kind and always happy to assist. Would visit again!

We enjoyed our staying. Rooms were great. Staff was wonderful. Great activities. Overall it was a great experience and wonderful vacation. Perfect place for families. A few points for improvement.. 1. The parents bad was very uncomfortable.. maybe some people would find it ok but for us it wasn't comfortable at all.. 2. We had problem with booking the restaurants.. in normal times it may not be an issue but since today, with the adjustments to the corona limitations, eating at the buffet with the kids is more challenging and therefore the need for the service at the restaurants is more essential.. must say that the staff made its best to try and help us. 3. The location of the hotel is perfect for relaxing vacation but it is far from all out of the hotel activities.. I think that a shuttle service to the city is needed. 4. I would recommend you to improve the way you communicate the options we have in the hotel so we would be exposed more easily to our options and to the activities in it.. Having said that.. still, we had a really great time and we would love to come back in the future :)

Stayed here a few time now and it gets better each time , will be back in January excellent service, rooms and staff .

Greetings I was with my family and kids 6 days at the RIXOS PALM Hotel after making a reservation through the Accor reservation center Mr. Khaled Abdullah was a very nice helper, I wanted to mention that I have been to many luxury hotels in Turkey but this is the first time I visit Dubai, the RIXOS PALM hotel was excellent And just perfect, the service is excellent and the rooms are very luxurious, the food is very tasty, especially the chef behind the BBQ and sticks, many thanks to the chef, the staff is very nice Mr. AMIN MOHAMED from Concierge Services was very helpful and very nice and because of his wonderful service I return to Rixos PALM Because of him and once again THANK YOU AMIN MOHAMED for the perfect service she gave us.
