3rd time at the hotel and it was great. Disappointed that we couldn’t get sun beds or dinner reservations without complaining though.

Found all colleagues working at the Rixos very good, always looking to help us in anyway. Suite was beautiful and very well cleaned. Found the all inclusive very good value for money, would have definitely not stayed at the Rixos if I could have not got this, found it well over priced for meals and drinks if we had just had Bed and breakfast deal. Food was good and great variety, not always warm is the only thing that let it down.Waiters/ bar staff around the small pool area excellent. On a more general note think Dubai will need to get a lot more competitive on price in the years ahead as there is a lot of choice when looking for a holiday and some of your price points are complete madness, even to the point I thought we where all a bunch of idiots as guest and would pay what ever you wanted us to.

We had the most wonderful time with Rixos, from when we were picked up at the airport right until the moment we were dropped back... although we wished we could have stayed longer! Our room was beautifully cleaned each day, the food in the restaurants was delicious and service fantastic. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful!

On first arrival to leaving we were treated exceptionally well. The suite we had was amazing, clean tidy and well equipped. The pools were a good size and access to the beach was literally next to the pools. The restaurants were good especially the speciality ones. Overall an exceptional stay and I would definitely recommend going. If ever we return to Dubai we will stay again at the Rixos The Palm

We stayed for a week in a three bedroom suite on an all inclusive basis. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The Quality of food and the service in the buffet restaurants was excellent The pool and leisure facilities were very good Above all, the staff were professional, kind and helpful and went out of their way to ensure that guests had a relaxing and enjoyable stay

Overall very good. Just a couple of things to note, the air conditioning wasn’t easy to control and there was no outside pool restaurant , which would have been nice.

Staff are excellent, food good , but we were sold a room that was unsatisfactory due to the building work adjacent to our room waking us at 6.30 am each morning with loud banging , this was not told to us on booking or reception check in , it took 3 days to relocate us to a room that was not noisy as the hotel was full ! To sell a room to a family like this is totally inexcusable.and I’m still angry about this We spent an additional 5 hours packing & unpacking 5 suit cases once this was done , no apology . The hotel itself , was exceptional, and the staff in all hospitality quite brilliant. It’s a real shame we have the overwhelming feeling this holiday should of been so much better .

The All Inclusive falls below the standards of other hotels eg Jebel Ali Restaurants were fully booked for all 4 days of our stay. We were told that tables could only be booked for 1830 and 2100 each evening. Eventually we managed to get a booking on our last night at L'Olivo; the restaurant was not very busy even though we were told it was fully booked. It felt like the All Inclusive was intended to force us to use the 2 buffet restaurants only which is not very 'exclusive' in style. Watersports usage limited to 2 hours divided by the number of guests and limited to 10am to 12 noon. At other hotels there are no time limits. We tried to book the tennis court to play twice. The first time the Entertainment desk do not seem to have passed our booking to the Tennis Pro. The second time we were told All Inclusive did not include playing before 10am and after 5pm. In fact it is not clear on your website that there is a tennis court so we had not brought our own racquets and balls which we normally would. We tried to get a Cabana each day because on check in we were told our Suite allowed us to have one. However each day (around 930am) we were told all the cabanas were reserved. Yet we saw that no one ever arrived at some reserved cabanas. Eventually a kind member of staff near the cabanas offered to help us get one on just two of our days. Overall it seems that the staff are confused about the All Inclusive and few are willing to help. Indeed when you are on the beach or near the pool the Spa and Watersports staff are constantly trying to get guests to book extras and spend money. The All Inclusive does not live up to expectations and the All Exclusive is undermined by lack of access to the best restaurants and the cabanas.

We do understand that it was challenging for you to book a table in our A La Carte restaurants, especially that we stepped in the high season. We do apologize for the inconvenience and hope you enjoyed your L'Olivo experience. In the future you can book A La Carte in advance by emailing us prior your arrival. It is true that beach cabanas were part of your suites benefits however they are subject to availability and prior reservation as the amount of cabanas limited. At the same time we are planning to introduce more cabanas at the property in order to match the demand. As the water sports company is an outsource, we have to comply to their policies. Also, some of their water activities depend on the tide and sea level so this is why the voucher can be availed only between 10 to 12. Again we are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations but we would be happy to know if there is anything we could do to change your opinion and see you again at our facilities. We had a good time right from the first day. Your staff all round was good. The resident concierge Rizwan, John and one other lad that cleaned our apartment on the 25th were so good. The girls and guys in the torquis restaurant were good. But we didn't get any complimentary package at all from the hotel management. Nothing for the kids even. But apart from that, it was a pleasant experience, clean top notch hotel with good array of food to choose from.

Fantastic for families: children had plenty to keep them entertained and all members of staff did all they could to make our stay welcome. Ultra all-inclusive has exceptional rooms and food though it appeared to be a little under staffed on the restaurants. If the prices for the motorised water sports we’re cheaper then I’m sure you more customers would be interested and the exercise would be more profitable. Same applies for diving and spa treatment. We’ll definitely be back soon. Special mention to Manesh and Javed in concierge - most helpful and hospitable.

Had a fantastic stay with 3 children. All the staff were friendly, helpful and always ensured every query was answered. Usman (reception) upgraded us to a 3 bed with an amazing view of the Dubai skyline, he also managed to do the impossible and get us a booking at toro loco. Facilities were excellent all round, pools/beach areas were clean and well kept. Excellent service at the restaurants and pool bars.
