Accueil désagréable, voire agressif, attrapé par d'autres membres de l'accueil plus bienveillants. Un ascenseur sur 2 en panne pendant notre séjour ( au 13ème étage). Le seul en service est monopolisé par le personnel des chambres de 10h à 16h Attaque massive de puces de lit. Vue la réaction du personnel, le phénomène semble connu de tous, mais la solution pas trouvée, ou pas recherchée

First and foremost, we would like to sincerely clarify that immediately upon receiving your report, we arranged for a full inspection of the room by our independent, licensed pest control provider. After conducting a thorough assessment, they confirmed that there was no evidence of bed bugs found in the room. The wellbeing and comfort of our guests is extremely important to us, and we take any such concerns very seriously, acting promptly whenever they are raised. We are also disappointed to learn that you felt our staff were unpleasant. This is certainly not the standard of service we strive to provide, and we will be addressing this feedback with our team to ensure all guests are treated with courtesy and professionalism at all times. We appreciate your positive comments regarding the cleanliness of the room and our central location, which many guests find convenient for exploring Auckland city centre. Hôtel TRÈS bien situé. Certains membres du personnel sont sympathiques. Chambre calme, minuscule mais fonctionnelle, avec petite cuisine. Pas de table, ni chaises. Ustensiles pour cuisiner, assiettes, couverts à disposition à la réception.

Hôtel vieux, SDF alcoolisés devant l'hôtel. Chambre très très vieille, pas du tout ressemblantes aux photos. Seulement 2 chaînes à la TV. Et le pire panne d'électricité le matin. Avec obligation de descendre 11 étages avec des grosses valises par un escalier extérieur pas entretenue avec des déjections multiples d'oiseaux, du vomi dans l'escalier, un oiseau mort sur une marche. Et impossible bien sûr de prendre un petit déjeuner. Le seul point positif de cet hôtel et le pauvre monsieur à la réception qui était désolé

Hôtel bien situé, mais établissement vieillissant, très mal. Équipé côté cuisine, les plaques ne fonctionnaient pas et seulement deux tasses et 2 verres , deux cuillères. D’autre part, pas de rangement pour les vêtements.
