Une climatisation fonctionnait la nuit tout les 20. Pas de sèche cheveux dans la chambre et un personnel pas des plus agréables. Pas de bonjour ou de politesse, un minimum de respect ! Nous avons dit bonjour deux fois, aucune réponse de la personne de l'accueil féminin. Par contre le monsieur a tout fait pour nous aider

Je trouve inadmissible qu’il n’y ait aucun bénéfice en étant Platinum. Assistant GM très arrogant! On m’a expliqué que cet hôtel est un Ibis mais qui ne donne aucun privilège aux clients qui sont platinum!! Pour quoi alors le nom d. Ibis!!! Très mauvaise expérience, mauvaise accueil!!!!

I do apologise that you were not made aware before you arrived that whilst we are part of the Accor group, we do not participate in the ALL programme. Accueil désagréable, voire agressif, attrapé par d'autres membres de l'accueil plus bienveillants. Un ascenseur sur 2 en panne pendant notre séjour ( au 13ème étage). Le seul en service est monopolisé par le personnel des chambres de 10h à 16h Attaque massive de puces de lit. Vue la réaction du personnel, le phénomène semble connu de tous, mais la solution pas trouvée, ou pas recherchée

First and foremost, we would like to sincerely clarify that immediately upon receiving your report, we arranged for a full inspection of the room by our independent, licensed pest control provider. After conducting a thorough assessment, they confirmed that there was no evidence of bed bugs found in the room. The wellbeing and comfort of our guests is extremely important to us, and we take any such concerns very seriously, acting promptly whenever they are raised. We are also disappointed to learn that you felt our staff were unpleasant. This is certainly not the standard of service we strive to provide, and we will be addressing this feedback with our team to ensure all guests are treated with courtesy and professionalism at all times. We appreciate your positive comments regarding the cleanliness of the room and our central location, which many guests find convenient for exploring Auckland city centre.
