Dear Yann, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely regret that your suite did not meet your expectations and that the room layout was not what you had anticipated based on our advertising. Due to the unique design of our hotel, some room layouts do vary, particularly on the second floor, where the suites feature shared terrace access instead of traditional windows.
