Je séjourne régulièrement au Movenpick et je suis toujours traitée comme une princesse. le personnel de la réception me reconnait à chaque arrivée, et sort mon dossier avant même que j'atteigne le comptoir, les chambres sont très propres, élégantes, le personnel est adorable, professionnel, l'hotel est très bien situé, c'est mon havre de bonheur à Auckland.

Superbe vue aussi bien côté mer que côté rue le soir (c' est magique). Bonne qualité de restaurant. Chocolate hour très apprécié. Chambre confortable avec 2 lits queen size. Personnel agréable et compréhensif. Points négatifs : bruit fuite d'eau dans les toilettes, chambre pas aspirée régulièrement.

Réellement déçu de ce Movenpick. Les réceptionnistes étaient en T-Shirt. On nous demande notre carte bancaire et c'est tout, aucun renseignement sur l'hôtel, les services, le quartier. Les chambres minuscules et la salle de bain manque d'intimité.
