Very impressed with the staff on reception. Most helpful especially as I had to leave my luggage for some hours after checking out.

Clearly this building needs a complete overhaul. The room still looks like a dated Covid quarantine site. Room design is a disaster. Single glazing allows ALL the city noises in. Paint scraped, dents in the walls and door frames. Dirty used cups in the kitchenette. NO HAND SOAP , this is surely is a health issue. Indifferent staff who don't even look up when you arrive or leave. Bedding and towels were clean and hygienic,, I can see that the cleaners do their best. The 'heated towel rail' has no wiring so it is a normal towel rail instead. This is the most expensive and disappointed I have been in well over a decade of staying in any hotel. NZ booking site priced in Euro's ?? Crikey Accor, this is really sub par.
