I had a great stay at this hotel and was truly impressed by the level of service. The hotel itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and welcoming. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The concierge team was especially helpful, going above and beyond to assist with requests and make our stay smooth and enjoyable. I would also like to give special recognition to Security Ms. Jun, who was extremely kind, attentive, and professional, making us feel safe and well taken care of at all times. Overall, an excellent experience thanks to the wonderful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Great family stopover option on our trip from New Zealand to UK- staff so friendly and welcoming. Jun and Ayyppan Adil came to our rescue when our transfer to the airport we booked ourselves noshow- nothing was too much trouble and welcome us as a family with two small children- close to airport and metro to get around.

The hotel' s location is great. You have great restaurants, shopping malls and other amenities nearby. The hotel in itself is amazing with great buffett breakfast and courteous staff. I mostly spoke with Jun who was there at the reception. She is very welcoming and always there to help. The room is good with a queen size bed. I just didn't like the pillow that much but it seems more of a personal preference. The bathrooms are clean and have basic toilettries available at request. The pool is also good with heating. Great hotel if you want your nights to be peaceful.

My stay at Novotel & Ibis Deira felt like a smooth break from the rush of Dubai. From the start, the front office team welcomed me with real warmth. Their smiles, their calm way of helping, and the steady professionalism made check-in feel effortless. The room itself was peaceful, bright, and well kept. The bed was exactly what I needed after long days out in the city. I enjoyed looking out at the skyline each morning because the view added a small spark to the day. Every corner of the hotel felt clean, organized, and thoughtfully managed. I have to highlight two people who made my stay truly memorable: Ayyappan and Junkerr from the front office. Their approach to guests stood out. They carried themselves with confidence, patience, and genuine kindness. Whether answering questions or assisting with small requests, they made everything feel simple. Their attitude lifted the whole experience and added a personal touch that is hard to find. As a tourist, I felt relaxed, welcomed, and looked after in a natural and friendly way. The hotel has a great location, strong service, and a team that knows how to treat guests with care. I would happily return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and hospitality that truly feels sincere.
