Clean rooms, good rates, very friendly staff, great location (close to the metro, 3 stops from terminal 1, lots of places around). What can I say, every time I go to Dubai I stay in this hotel... let's say I've been their guest for over 10 years, and I have no intention of changing hotels 😉

Very accommodating staff of the hotel especially that it was a late booking. Good thing there was an available room that my friend and I were able to stay. We were able to change room as well from smoking to non-smoking room free of charge. Thanks again to the friendly hotel staff and management.

Unfulfilled potential of the hotel

I'll summarize the facts. There was a problem when booking the hotel because the Play and Fly package was available in the app, unfortunately due to technical reasons it couldn't be booked through the app. The second misunderstanding was in the standby offer delivered a week before arriving at the hotel, the offer stated that it was the price for breakfast per stay. However, the receptionist claimed that it was per person and stay, which is annoying because we received a similar offer in another hotel and it was valid there. Another inconvenience was when we requested a smoking room, we were mistakenly given a non-smoking room, and it was changed after we called the reception. During our stay, the elevator keys stopped working. /rooms/ we were told at the reception that we were not supposed to carry them in our wallets or on our mobile phones, in hundreds of other hotels this was not a problem. This hotel has the potential to be a great place for a fair price, but the unprofessionalism and inconsistency make it a place we probably won't visit again.
