From beginning to end, our vacation was very enjoyable and relaxing. A great thanks to Linlin. For late check out, loads more for both Asad and Muhammad for all attention and caring at breakfast time, also for the one who cares for us at Dinner and last but not least for all those at valet and concierge who helps us for our taxi and luggage’s. We checked in at Pullman Deira City Centre early in the morning, all of us very tired. We were warmly welcomed by a staff member named Thidar. She was extremely patient, caring, and helpful. Her smile truly made a difference, and she took the time to explain everything clearly. A very pleasant and comforting start to our stay.
