Very good hotel , clean room and good breakfast , it's on the mall so you can shop even midnight .l recommend this hotel to a friend .They also have a hotel group ALL.com where you can get very good rates .We stayed on the apartment side but they also have the hotel room side .

Very good and satisfying stay at the Residences. Everything was fine. The housekeeping team did a very clean job. Special thanks go to the security people namely Mr Akhtar and his colleagues who were all very helpful and always rushed to get and send all the items to the room

Very nice hotel very clean , near to the metro attached to city center deira ,the stuff are very helpful and welcoming specially Mr Mohamed Mahmoud and Motaz and Mrs Andrea, they are always willing to solve any problems the guest facing and I recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay

Had another great experience staying at Pullman. Everything from the check in to check out was perfect. The staff was extremely accomodating and made our stay special. The one bedroom apartment we booked was not available so we were upgraded without any hassle.

It was a very perfect experience this entire week and would definitely comeback to Pullman hotel/ résidence as the friendliness of the employees was very welcoming and will definitely recommend to everyone I know coming to UAE. The facilities and food was exemplary and would still say the highlight of my stay here for this week was definitely the kindness of the people who work at Pullman, especially my friend who works at Pullman residence reception, Anoop who is always willing to help and support anyone staying at the Pullman residence.
