Excellent hotel, excellent service, convenient location, close to most areas, close to the mall, supermarket and many restaurants, and the metro station as well thank you to everyone who supports this hotel thanks for good service from the staff Ramy, anikith and shehab.

I had problem checking in and that entailed conversation with front desk staff. However after that was cleared up, I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent service ! A fabulous experience at this hotel! Highly recommend. The dining experience w their excellent buffet , was so yummy. Front staff provided adaptor for my eletronics to borrow until I found mine. Great courtesy w complimentary water and fruit. The man in charge of luggage storage Mr. Baha is so kind and professional and courteous. I liked him and one of the front desk ladies, Angela? A lot! The room is well equipped w a safe and fridge. I got some great quality rest there. A popular family oriented mall across the street with a metro station. Thank you so much.
