ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE. STAY AWAY. This place is a complete joke. The worst staff I’ve ever encountered, especially the reception guys—arrogant, careless, and totally unfit for hospitality. They behave like they’re doing guests a favor by letting them stay. The service is beyond terrible. Zero accountability. Zero empathy. Zero professionalism. We were staying with a 1-year-old baby and asked for a basic power adapter just to heat water for her milk because our electric kettle required one. They flatly denied it. No alternatives. No help. No concern. Nothing. Because of their incompetence and attitude, we literally suffocated during the stay—mentally and physically. This is not a hotel. It’s a money-draining box with rude staff. What makes it worse? There are many excellent hotels nearby with amazing staff who actually understand what hospitality means. Choose any of them—but never this place. We are Accor members, and after this nightmare, I am done with Accor for life. If this is the standard they allow, they should be ashamed. I beg every single person reading this: DO NOT STAY HERE. Do not spoil your trip. Do not waste your money. Do not put your family through this misery. This hotel deserves zero stars, but unfortunately, that option doesn’t exist.

What makes a hotel more than anything are the people that run it, and while its ibis chain and so you don't expect big rooms or nice views. You would expect some kind of a hospitality service, seems that ibis deira has done away with that too, most rude and unhelpful people at the desk you can't find anywhere, i would say to avoid this hotel at all costs, its either that or we were lucky to have dealings with jyoti on a very, very bad day.

We had just 20rs in Dubai and we were glad we chose Ibis. Mike and Belise welcomed us with great smiles and Belise even acknowledged our platinum status and offered an early check in that just made our day! The room was neat and clean. We had a good few hours sleep before exploring the mall which is just opposite the hotel as well as metro. Woukd highly recommend this value for money hotel

Mike and Belise welcomed us to the hotel with such great smiles and warmth. Belise made our day by saying " we are so happy to welcome a Platinum member." The hotel is very well located near the mall , metro , few eatery just next to the hotel. Its small hotel with big hearths and smiles , great sense of hospitality. Belise was very kind to give us an early checking which was much appreciated. We would highly recommend . It was our 2nd stay at the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at ibis Deira Creekside. I want to especially thank Belise and Tariro at the reception both of them were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. They handled everything with a smile and made check-in/check-out effortless. Staff like them truly make a difference. Thank you for the great hospitality!
