I really enjoyed my stay at ibis Deira Creekside. I want to especially thank Belise and Tariro at the reception both of them were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. They handled everything with a smile and made check-in/check-out effortless. Staff like them truly make a difference. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Terrible attitude towards customers, get ready for the fact that if you have problems, the hotel doesn't care!!

I booked a room for my business partner from November 12th to 15th through a travel agency. Unfortunately, when filling out the booking form, I got the guest's name mixed up, it remained in the form from the previous booking. I discovered this after the payment. I applied to the agency with a request to change the guest's name. I expected it to be a simple formality, since I did not refuse the reservation. This has already happened to me 2 times and the hotels have always been changed without any problems. A day later, the hotel refused.I myself sent letters to the hotel several times from different addresses (I thought that the letters were getting into spam) with a request to change the guest's name, but the hotel ignored me and never replied. I was surprised and asked to cancel the reservation, although the terms of the reservation were non-cancellable. The hotel responded only on November 14, when the second day of booking was already underway, with a refusal. The result: I lost money, the hotel bought it, and an empty paid room. Before that, my partners and I had previously lived in this hotel. Now neither my partners nor I will live in this hotel anymore, and I will inform all my friends and acquaintances about this case and ask them not to book rooms there. Since the main thing in my opinion is the customer and customer orientation.

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Special thanks to the front desk team and Nyi Nyi Lwin (reservation) for their warm hospitality. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

I arrived on 2.8 2025 at 5.00am but somehow my booking for the night was not available due to some technical issue. The front office customer officer; Mr Ramy from Egypt; attended to me & assisted me in rebooking another room at a good rate. He was very helpful & pleasant. I was allowed to have an early check-in at 5.00am (minimal charges applied) so that I could have a good rest before my appointment in the afternoon. He is an asset to Ibis Hotel. Most of the hotel personel that I encountered during my stay here are pleasant & polite and that made my stay here a memorable one. Rates are affordable. Location is ideal (Next to City Centre Diera and the metro). I will certainly come back to stay here for my next visit. Thank you Ibis Hotel, the staff & Mr Ramy.
