We stayed for 6 days at Novotel Creek side and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel staff is great and very courteous. Special thanks to Mr. Shubham for taking such good care of us during our stay. Right from the moment we checked in Mr. Shubham made sure that we are well taken care. The concierge team, the tours team, the team at the restaurant, all of them are very helpful. It was my birthday and the team had sent a cake to our room. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

I particularly liked the friendly and helpful people managing all parts. Everyone was very attentive to me and the other guests. There is a positive atmosphere in the place. The breakfast buffet is also nice and everyone there is expedient, smiling and wishing to exceed our expectations. I am particularly grateful to Shubham at the reception. He answered my various questions, even helped me change the SIM card in my phone - something not part of his duties. He was very warm and also helped me extend the check out time as much as possible. He was very polite when we met subsequently - as I was entering and leaving the hotel. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Equipment run down, worn out. Double bed really small, mattresses worn out, not comfortable. In general room smaller than average. Nice pool.
