I will start with the fact that the hotel is located in a good part of the beach, where there are no waves in the winter season. Good territory, rooms, quality of cleaning. Breakfasts are simply magnificent. Of the minuses: the work of the management, which sets the hotel security service up for constant conflicts with beach visitors who are not hotel guests. The hotel beach itself is not private, due to the legislation of Vietnam, the beach area is a public beach, and all tourists are aware of this. However, security is forced to break the law and drive tourists away, which is a gross violation of the law. If you don't want to see daily scenes of security trying to kick out visitors to a beach that is not the hotel's property but a public beach, you shouldn't come here. Accor should think about the advisability of further cooperation with this hotel, where the managers have extremely low qualifications.

Wonderful and quiet resort with private and very clean beach surrounded by an amazing botanical garden. By taxi we explored the south of the island- Hon Thom and the longest cable car of the world and much more. We experienced a beautiful New Years Eve Party and delicious Buffet. The staff is very friendly, they take care of everything you want. Our memories will last forever, thank you La Veranda Team!

We spent 5 nights over New Year, this is a perfect place to relax. The hotel is an oasis of calm, delightful rooms & even better staff. We had chosen this hotel for its location, the private stretch of beach & a short wander to plenty of restaurants & bars, it lived up to our expectations. Plenty of beds on the beach to relax everyday, a pool overlooking the beach, a bar with amazing sunset views. We had an ocean front room, with plenty of nice touches over the stay, regular chocolates & cookies left of the evening. Loved afternoon tea, and don't miss the perfectly made eggs Benedict for breakfast. The only thing that bothered me was a short wander down the beach you will see the effluent flowing out, depending on the discharge times the occasional smell from your beach bed & definitely no more than a paddle for me in the sea! Recognise this is a wider island environmental issue. Enjoy your stay in this hotel, but do get out & about to see much more of the real Phu Quoc!

The hotel needs renovation, everything is quite worn out, there are even holes in the bed linen, this is unacceptable. The guards on the beach grossly violate Vietnamese law, prevent you from using the public beach. 50 meters of the coastline in Vietnam is a public beach, but in this hotel the management forces the security service to violate the law and arbitrarily prohibits vacationers from being on the coastline. never come to this hotel, they do not respect either Vietnamese or international laws. The hotel does not meet Accor chain standards and should be removed from the chain immediately.

We've visited La Veranda Resort and I must say that this place became our favorite! I can confirm that they for sure give great services to their guest. The staff made me and my family feel very welcome and gave us heartwarming smiles, making sure that we are comfortable. The resort's cozy and inviting atmosphere was amazing in a lot of ways. Most importantly the band! I can't help but notice the live band's performance as they brought our moods to life. They were creative with how they sing their covers and accepted request even from kids which I find very fun. They definitely can make the vibes exciting and relaxing at the same time. Words aren't enough to express how much we adored them and we would definitely love to see them perform again in our next visit! They definitely added a wonderful experience to the resort!
