Nice place, clean, tidy, bright, practical, well situated, great price and Service. Rooms are small but adequate. Great to have free WiFi, TV, kettle etc. A £10 charge for a dog is amazing too. Great security as even the lift needs a swipe of your key card to use.

About the same price as a Travelodge or Premier Inn but way behind in room comforts. No tea/coffee facilities in the room/Tiny shower and WC / No clothes storage / No comfortable chair to sit in - all the preceding are present in other budget hotels. Plus the sink overflow went straight onto the floor of the room -I won't be back

Great to have kettles available. Love the nighttime lighting option in room. Best night’s sleep for ages Midday check out suited me perfectly and very nice breakfast. Would’ve given a 10 except for the key card malfunctioning five times which was very irritating.

Stayed over for the footie. Location was great. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say is that the hotel could really do with some work. The rooms looked a bit tired and could do with a paint. And also adding little bits like leaving tea and coffee in the rooms would go quite a way and wouldn't cost you much.

Always stay here when visiting Portsmouth FC, which was three times this season due to the state of their pitch and the postponements! The hotel is ideally situated and although the rooms are basic they are always clean and well maintained. Not sure about the online check-in process which is supposed to save time, but it doesn't do anything and you have to go through all your details again when you arrive. Check-in therefore is a bit slow if there's a few present. They used to do quite a nice buffet breakfast, but alas no longer. I think they charge £8.50 now for a "continental breakfast" which is not very good value in my opinion. I'll be back.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We hope to welcome you back to our hotel very soon! Sincerely,
