We really enjoyed seeing all the small updates that has been made over the past 12 months to the resort areas, they are noticeable and makes the resort feels updated, and at the same time still retain its alpine charm.

Our chalet was super cute and comfortable. Our boys loved the hotel facilities. The staff were so lovely and very helpful. It's in a beautiful spot. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night family break.

From arrival to departure the Sebel was amazing. The staff were accommodating, the facilities were comprehensive and kept our 9yo entertained for the entirety of our stay. Room was spacious with all the amenities I would have expected. Loved the decor in the atrium of the apartment building, would have loved to have enjoyed a wine in front of the fire if lit during our stay. Really felt like I had actually relaxed for the first time in a long time. Booked through a third party and the team at the Sebel were all across the inclusions that were part of our package.

The resort is great, and has lots to do for the kids - arcade, fishing, bikes, ball sports and mini golf. The rooms are a little dated, carpet is a bit rank. 2 major issues for us, included the dinner restaurant being closed for 2/3 nights of our stay (not aware until after booking) and zero access to WiFi in our room. Contacted reception a couple of times after being told it was resolved, but were left feeling like a nuisance. Made working during school holidays near impossible and put a huge dampener on the trip.

My husband and I recently enjoyed a long weekend at the Pinnacle Valley Resort. Our rooms ( 2 bed apartment) were beautiful, and I think that the bathrooms must have been recently refurbished, as they were schmick. We made use of the Spa and Sauna, and had a lovely dinner at the restaurant. I had read that the rooms were up a lot of stairs and the carpark was a long distance away, but I don’t understand what they were on about. We found everything extremely close by and easy to get to. The staff were all lovely, and we will definitely stay again!

Wonderful relaxed weekend stay. Well appointed apartment. Happy with the upkeep and amenities. The drawers under the bedroom tv are very difficult to open. Bathroom gets wet easily during shower. Great team and restaurant was very nice. Ability to charge our Tesla was fantastic. Resort surrounds were well maintained and relaxing to walk through. We look forward to returning.

Our family had the best time at the Sebel Resort, our boys loved playing all the outdoor games including the 18 hole mini golf, tennis and basketball hoops. It was great having the buffet breakfast available each day and games room in case of a rainy day. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Accomodation was lovely, well laid out downstairs. The upstairs bed as a double bed meant one of our group had to climb over the other person to get in/out. In hindsight, should only be allowed as 2 singles for safety in my opinion. (They only stayed 1 night so we managed ok)
