We were very impressed by the friendly services we received especially a manager by the name of Austin. I enquired about the restaurants in the hotel for my husband ‘a birthday while checking in. That evening we found a beautiful birthday cake with a card delivered to our room. That was a very nice surprise. Thanks Sofitel!
