On whole was OK, club lounge staff had poor English, breakfast order taking was a chaotic. My stay was during Canton fair thus hotel busy, but I feel lounge was under staffed and most staff there were disorganised. On plus side room was spotless, cleaning staff nice, room service food good. Upgrade to corner room with complimentary fruit and wine, very nice.

+ve Appreciate the front desk staff let me check in early as I was exhausted after a red eye flight Variety of breakfast is great and all staff are generally polite and professional -ve Did not affect the comfort of my stay but many items are dated and worn out in the room. Eg. The light cover in the toilet above the bath tub was cracked , blind between the toilet and room were worn out and not aligned , the curtain in the room was not hooked properly to the rod and left a gap The TV is considered very small for such a big room.
