Hotel staff excellent friendly and helpful left an item josie went to the trouble to call me and I got it back thankfully Hotel extremely good price rooms clean and comfortable although basic Parking good free WiFi easy to connect tea and coffee facilities

I recently stayed at Ibis London Elstree, Borehamwood, and just had to leave a special mention for Sophia on the team. She was incredibly helpful when I was having trouble setting up the Wi-Fi on both my iPad and phone. Nothing was too much trouble for her—she went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly for me. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and genuinely eager to help. Sophia is an absolute asset to the team and really made a difference to my stay. Thank you again!

Ibis Elstree Borehamwood is my choice number one when I’m working in the area. Always welcomed by friendly and attentive staff. The hotel is very clean and quiet. Even though I have early start of the day, there’s a nice hot breakfast buffet available, which is a great start for a long day ahead.

The room was lovely and clean, it was quiet and I slept well. The bed was a bit firmer than I would like, but that's just me. Extra pillows were provided, which was great, and I enjoyed the breakfast. The coffee was very nice. I left a ring in my room when I left, and Stevan helped me arrange to have this posted back to me - he was brilliant and kept me updated throughout. Fantastic customer service.
