It was great and budget-friendly. My only take is that air conditioning was not great and very humid, it only sets to heating and bot cooling the room. So if you come in summer make sure to bring ice packs and ice cream.

A real transport hub in west London.

Well this hotel (its location mostly) actually saved my life during the horrible tube strike of London. A very effective bus station is nearby and central/hammersmith tube lines are simply every traveler's best friend in London (if you don't experience a strike which happens i dont know only in every 50 years!!!). You have markets and convenience stores in the near street. Besides the hotel is quiet and you can sleep peacefully. Staff is polite. Let's talk about downsides. You book a 3 star İbis room for $200 / night (yeah this is London zone 2 baby!!) with at least 35 years old furnitures and no heat control. Seriously, your room temperature conditions are simply dictated by the ibis. I left an interesting photo implying our hotel measures correctly the air temperature (no you don't) and the management definitely know in which temperature you may get a healthy sleep, we dont care about your age, weight, hormones and metabolism, just sleep men. So i freezed during my stay and when i report this to the gentleman at the desk, he said ok we will take look. No he didn't. Everyone i guess realize the decaying service qualities of İbis brand, i gave a 4 star for its loction only. Don't book here if you travel with your lovely ones, you may get a serious conversation. Also in the late hours of the night, the neighbourhood didn't seem secure to me, i saw so many wanderers, beggars and angry youth groups at the near park. Don't be late.

Late Summer escape.

Exceptional staff on hand 24 hrs. Spent 7 nights there late August. What made it even more special was the assistance of Axel. Staff that go beyond the normal make all the difference. Unfortunately, the rooms although fully equipped with AC, tv, hairdryer, large bed and bright room, the rooms do not have a fridge. Every evening, nevertheless, Axel was on hand to serve drinks or supply a large glass of ice to solve the issue… Breakfast is buffet style and ample. There is an assortment of tea and coffee as well as a kettle in the room. Location to tube station is 3 mins. An enormous shopping mall is 3 mins as well and many places to eat. But for us, the staff, in particular Axel made all the difference. Will definitely return again.

Terribly noisy hotel, no sound proofing whatsoever. Beds are dirty, smelled disgusting. Hotel staff “freshened beds” by spraying air freshener on them instead of changing the sheets!! London is easily accessible from here but that’s the best I can do. Rooms aren’t very comfortable, area is salubrious and so wouldn’t recommend going out of doors after 8pm, especially with a family. We’ve been promised a total room clean tomorrow so fingers crossed for an improved review then!
