From booking through to check out honestly cant fault the service here. The staff were so helpful. I called in advance and said it was my niece birthday. When we arrived there were balloons and chocolates in the room which was a really nice touch. During our stay we needed a few things brought to the room and support ordering breakfast in our room, both Johnny & Siddhi were super super helpful, they were so responsive and helped us with everything we needed - thank you both! Breakfast in our room was the biggest breakfast I’ve ever seen with so much choice, full English, pastries, toast, fruit, cereals, coffee x 3 - we could not eat it all. Hotel itself is perfect location for the Troubadour, Wembley stadium, Box Park. We booked a suite which had its own kitchen, fully equipped, spotlessly clean. Honestly cant fault the hotel and staff (and thats high praise coming from me) - we will be back!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently close to the subway and OVO Arena, with numerous shopping malls nearby. The environment is pleasant, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained with complete amenities. Special thanks to the hotel staff Drashti—she proactively resolved an issue with my reservation and provided tremendous assistance. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the Novotel whilst seeing Marilyn Manson at the Wembley OVO. The hotel is perfectly located and within a short walking distance from the tube. All the restaurants are located in this area and the venue is around a 5 minute walk. Check in was seamless and the room was clean and a good size. We opted for the breakfast which was delicious with a perfect selection of cooked food. The room was facing the main strip with a good view but wasn't too noisy. Would definitely recommend the Novotel if visiting Wembley!
