Overpriced, uncomfortable and poorly maintain

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. When I arrived, the hand wash, shower gel, and tissue box were all empty. Only one side of the bathroom vanity lighting worked, and the floor had multiple black marks and dirty spots. The sofa bed for the third guest was so uncomfortable you could feel the springs, and even adding extra duvets didn’t help. The room was extremely hot in the middle of winter, and whatever cooling system they had simply didn’t work. I called for assistance but nothing improved, so we had to keep the window open all night. For a hotel carrying the Novotel name and charging four-star prices, the quality felt closer to one star. I stayed for four nights and honestly regret it. Stay away from this hotel.

Just got back from a conference in London. Thank you Novotel London Paddington for a great stay. Where do I begin? From the moment I arrived at the lobby I felt instantly welcome. The service provided by Melbern, Sasha Jas and Jonathan was remarkable. Thank you for our many chats throughout my stay. Allwyn, Clement and Priyanka at the bar were great. Overall, great room, amazing service, WOW view, great food, comfortable facilities. Can’t wait for several more stays in 2026.

Business hotel close by Paddington station with spacious rooms. Good breakfast and bar - Wellness area with pool, sauna and steam bath. Recommended for a business stay in London.

Great location but rooms need an update

Location was excellent and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Reception area and bar area are lovely, however the rooms, while large were abit tired looking and not the cleanest. Pillows were not comfortable, bathroom was badly designed for a family with a teenager, the shower had no lock and door had a gap around it and it opened directly into bedroom. We had dirty marks on our towels, which were changed after the first day thankfully. Also the sofa bed had a broken spring so my son found it very uncomfortable.
