Convenient but pricey

Overall very happy with our 1 night stay here. Travelled to stay here for the England vs Ireland game so expected to pay more for the 1 night stay, did think at almost £200 for 1 night was slightly excessive but when you look at the queues for the train station after the match I was happy I paid the price. Very convenient location about 5 minute walk from Wembley Stadium. Again expected the drinks to be pricey but again at £14 for a pint of Stella and a small bottle of Fanta I thought was excessive too. Staff were excellent could not help enough when required. Room extremely basic, no microwave just a kettle but again knew this in advance of the stay. Shower was great and beds were comfortable. Breakfast options were excellent would recommend highly. Overall would definitely stay here again for special events like England matches, my son loved the whole event.

Friendly staff, compact rooms but they had everything you need for a short stay. Comfy bed, good size TV, great shower. This hotel is in a great location for shopping, events at the stadium/park/arena etc. Breakfast was good. We regularly stay at Premier Inns & this hotel is the same standard so we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great budget hotel – but oh that muzak

I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple of times before when going to Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena because it is only a 10 minute walk from both. It is a very good budget hotel: the room is a decent size, the ensuite is compact but well designed, the furnishings and décor are modern, the bed was very comfortable, everything was very clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. I had been to the Women’s Cup Final at Wembley Stadium and was able to avoid the crowds for public transport by staying so close. Although there are plenty of places to eat close by, I chose to have a few drinks and a meal in the hotel. There was a reasonable selection on the menu – I had a burger and chips which was fine. In all I was sitting in the bar/lounge area for a couple of hours and for the whole of that time I was subjected to the non-stop beat of electro-pop from the speakers. I’m not surprised that there were only a few other customers there; the muzak wasn’t loud, just unrelenting and irritating. The hotel is worth a 4-star rating, but I have to take one off for that muzak.

Stayed for business and due to last minute booking this was the only hotel available. Very, very basic rooms. Tiny and cramped with concrete walls and the bathroom is a plastic pod in the corner of the room. Bed was at least comfortable but the duvet is so thick and heavy you couldn’t sleep under it in the warm weather. Breakfast was truly awful. The worst I’ve ever had in a hotel. Glad I was only there for 1 night and will not be returning. Very depressing.

Very bad experience, the housekeeping stole from our room ! Worst hotel experience ever , do not stay at this hotel! This is a disastrous hotel and a shame ! We tried to contact and talk to the manager at the branch but they did nothing and completely disregarded the issue.
