Poor stay. Good staff. Needs attention to cleaning.

I had a pretty disappointing stay. And I wanted to provide some constructive feedback. But it is impossible to find anyone to complain to. So here it is. Subject: Feedback on recent stay at Novotel Wembley – 26 January Dear Customer Relations Team, I am writing to share feedback on my stay at Novotel Wembley on Monday 26 January, in room 213. I do not have the booking reference to hand. While the staff were consistently courteous, professional, and helpful, there were a number of issues relating to cleanliness and facilities that were disappointing and fell below the standard I would normally associate with Novotel. Specifically: - I found a long black hair in the sink on arrival, and a further long black hair in the shower, which raised concerns about the room’s cleanliness. - The seating in the restaurant area was visibly dirty and unhygienic, which was particularly off-putting in a dining environment. - The television in my room was unable to hold a signal and was unusable during the stay. Taken together, these issues detracted from the comfort and quality of what was otherwise a well-located and professionally staffed hotel. I would stress that my feedback relates to housekeeping and maintenance rather than the performance of front-line staff, who were attentive throughout. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that it can be reviewed and addressed. I would welcome a response outlining your observations following that review. Yours sincerely,

Comfortable stay. Room was clean, we stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was always well stocked but quite busy. Stay in the hotel really friendly and helpful. Housekeeping went above and beyond to help. Parking is a little bit expensive but very secure. Within walking distance to the underground and shopping outlets. I'd stay again and recommend

Fantastic hotel - highly recommend!

We stayed at the Novotel for 3 nights at the end of November in one of the family suites. We also travelled with another family member who had a separate room. From start to finish the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were very clean (barring a few iron marks on the sheets) and the facilities in the suite were brilliant. We paid for breakfast everyday which was £15 per adult (children under 16 were free) and we thought this was fantastic value. There was plenty to choose from and we had no complaints. One evening we also had a meal in the hotel and the food was excellent (far better than we expected!). We realised afterwards that we had been overcharged and the manager didn't hesitate to compensate us for the mistake. The lobby/bar area has a lovely atmosphere (especially with the gorgeous Christmas tree) and is very nice to sit in for an evening drink. My only complaint was that they don't do non-alcoholic cocktails at the bar which was a shame. All of the staff we interacted with throughout our stay were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. We didn't hear any noise from other guests or from outside of the hotel whilst we were there. Location-wise it's perfectly positioned close to Wembley stadium and arena. It's also just a couple of minutes away from the tube station and there are other amenities nearby. We came back from a show one evening and thought it was a really nice touch that they had security guards at the entrance to the hotel checking that you were a guest before you were allowed in. We would absolutely stay at the Novotel London Wembley should we visit London again in the future. 10/10 from us - thank you!

what an excellent hotel. 3 minute walk from Wembley Park tube station. The gentleman at the reception was friendly and knowledgeable and extremely efficient. the room was spacious and very clean with a very large bed . The bathroom was also clean with a large walk in shower with great water pressure with shower gel , shampoo etc ... and plenty of clean towels. Breakfast the next morning was a buffet style but was plentiful and well worth the money also had marmite available which is always a bonus point . if we're back this way again will definitely becoming back here
