Booked one night in Superior Room with Queen Bed as we were attending a gig at Wembley Arena. Good - Location is excellent for the Wembley Stadium, Arena and the Designer Village. First impressions of reception were good and check-in quick. Breakfast had a really good choice and was tasty. Not so good - carpet in room was stained in several places, there were hairs on the chairs and stains on glass doors that separate room from bathroom, so cleaning definitely not good enough. Those glass doors don’t give enough privacy when you’re going to the loo!

Perfect stay - would skip the breakfast.

Hotel is great, amazing location for Troubadour theatre and easy walk to the tube. Really clean and tidy. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was perfect, so clean and everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and slept wells We personally found the room warm, but nothing air conditioning and opening a window didn’t fix. The lifts were busy, we mostly used the stairs, but we were on the 5th floor and only had backpacks so wouldn’t be an option for everyone. Our only let down was breakfast, and it really was a letdown. We didn’t originally book with breakfast - but upon arrival were offered it at a discounted rate and after much discussion we decided to go for it (now regretfully). It was busy, in my opinion too busy for the space they allow. The food was empty, constantly. At no point was everything available. I had to wait 10 minutes to get a cooked breakfast because it was taking them so long to replenish the empty containers. When I did get one, I wished I hadn’t. The food was barely warm, the bacon and sausages looked like they’d been introduced to the grill they were hardly cooked so I abandoned this and tried the pastries. These were okay, but of the 3 options on offer one was never replenished the whole hour we were there. The continental was constantly out of foods. The saving grace for me, was that there was a pancake machine (as this ended up being all I ate) however this took a minute for two small pancakes - and constantly had a queue of many children. So it wasn’t a very time effective way to gain substanance. So ultimately, I would 100% stay again, but I’d personally skip the breakfast.

Stayed here on my own for two nights. Incredibly comfy bed - slept better than I had for an age. Staff friendly and accommodating. Very well located for access to Wembley Park station. Only thing to bear in mind is the frosted glass on the bathroom door which would have bugged me if I were not alone.

Liked · Great location for any event at Wembley. Car parking is quite pricey but easy to find and it’s easy to navigate into the hotel from the car park. Having a fridge in the room was a great help. Security staff were really helpful and allowed me to check in ahead of a large group booking that had just arrived before me! Disliked · I booked a twin room for me and my little boy and told the hotel that I was arriving at 17:00 to allow plenty of time for the football. Arrived at 17:20 and no twin rooms available, was told to come back later and see if there were any available. Offered a queen room instead which was not ideal as my lad is a wriggler. Slightly disappointing as paid over £200 for the

Location for Wembley Std is spot on. We stayed for two nights for the England game. Rooms are great and a decent bar area. Found all the staff very pleasant. We especially liked the security after the game as they checked you were staying here before allowing you in, consequently it was easy to get a post match beer at the bar. We knocked a point off as at one point when leaving the hotel there was a group of five or six guys drinking bottles of beer and smoking weed directly outside the hotel. Didn’t overly bother us but could have been moved on. Overall though very impressed.
