Perfectly located when attending events at the Sheffield Arena. Simple in facilities but very clean and functional. A five minute walk from the venue to the hotel after the show certainly beats the mad scramble of departing the car parks. Staff were always busy but friendly and helpful.

We were attending a netball tournament at EIS which is a short walk from the Hotel. Clean rooms, good price, only one problem we were given the wrong room key but was soon sorted

Stay was amazing, but sadly we left a bag. Yes it xx two “food items” - half a bottle of wine, chocolate, some sunflower seeds (or similar) and possibly a reusable coffee mug and others. Despite being asked to call back, which I did numerous times and an email to the hotel, I’ve not heard back. Bag was a keepsake and shouldn’t have been disposed of as not a food item! So disappointed
