Stayed here as we were attending an event at the Arena. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Stayed in Room 117 which was basic with a shower and toilet. 1 double bed with a bunk above. Location was ideal as just a 5 minute walk to Arena. Industrial area close by with a selection of restaurants.

Worst hotel we ever stayed in Was meant to just be somewhere to rest our heads after visiting the arena for a concert. There was no way we was able to stay. The bed was SO uncomfortable, was like sleeping in the floor. Toilet was in a cupboard, no window or ventilation. Windows didnt shut so we could hear everything going on

Clean and very basic room. Comfortable beds. No kettle means you do without or take your own as well as supplies. There was shower/hand wash. Only one pillow each bed so asked for extra which wasn't an issue. Had ground floor accessible room hoping for seating area like the photos but there was only a desk with a chair. TV was intermittent with picture scrambling and not able to watch anything properly. For one night it was adequate for our needs. Lift wasn't working so asked for ground floor room due to health issues. Car park was given for free but normally is £8 extra. Staff were friendly and helpful. Was able to check in really early after 12 when it's normally 3pm. This was very useful and helpful to us
