Choose this hotel while in Sheffield for British transplant games, near most of the venues we needed to get to. It is a budget hotel so didn't expect too much, was clean, fresh towels daily. They need to update there key system, had to ask daily for it to be reset, which is very frustrating when on the 4th floor. Breakfast was basic but filled us up till lunch. Walking distance to tram and bus links and shopping centre.

Hotel was in great location clean and comfortable reception staff friendly and helpful. Only issue we came across was son climbing onto bunk age 9 no we’re to grab securely and steps hurt feet on metal framed ladder . However I would still use hotel again.4th time in 2 years at this hotel

I really liked the room, I just stayed with 1 young child I wouldn't stay in it with other adults its too small and you step out the shower into the room. Saying that the shower was good to use. It was clean, quiet in the room and the bed was comfy, my child loved the bunk over the top. The reception arrangements were odd its so small, breakfast limited choice but the down grade is for the tiny cups to get a drink with and charging, I dont mind not having it in the room but its just basic need to be able to get a brew in a normal mug surely that doesnt cost them that much. The staff were friendly, helpful and nice when I was there, it was so nice to leave the arena and go straight to bed, the room was a nice temperature too.

the hotel is clean and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious and clean. However, the beds were rock hard. My daughter and I barely slept a wink. We will not return.
