Moo l Friends getaway - TripAdvisor review

We stayed in this hotel to attend a friend wedding. This place is very basic but spotlessly clean. The reception staff seems ok while handing us QR codes to write the review although they are not very chatty Housekeeping staff is outstanding they went above and beyond to find us phone charger as I left mine at home. Overall our stay was OK for the price we paid.

Rooms are what you expect from ibis but customer service was great. Smooth check in procedure and staff always had a smile on their face and willing to help out. In particular Olena was amazing at sorting out an issue i experienced during my stay and couldnt recommend her enough.

Very comfortable, well placed accommodation for the city and bay, a small travel kettle in rooms is needed so people can bring their own means for a hot drink, no free drinks is a bit of a bind.
