We regret the misunderstanding regarding the room set-up and bedding expectation. As the reservation was made through a third-party platform, the information received by the hotel and the conditions attached to the booking may not always allow us to adjust the stay in the same way as a direct Accor reservation. We also acknowledge your ALL Gold membership and truly appreciate your loyalty. However, certain ALL benefits, including late check-out and commercial gestures, are linked to eligible bookings made through Accor channels and remain subject to availability. In this case, our team followed the booking conditions received and was unfortunately not able to extend all requested benefits.
