Bon emplacement proche de toute commodités. Belle piscine 3 profondeurs différentes idéale pour les enfants. Point négatif : accès à la piscine est à l'entrée de l'hôtel. Les enfants ne respectent pas vraiment les consignes de sécurité. Pas beaucoup d'étages donc pas de vue dégagée en hauteur.

Hotel, très bien situé, très accueillant. Nous avons pu avoir la chambre dès 9h du matin au lieu de 14 heures sans supplément et tout ça avec le sourire et sans avoir a demander. La literie est très confortable. Je recommande vivement pour les familles.

L'hôtel est situé dans une petite rue calme, tout en restant au coeur de Sukhumvit, à proximité immédiate de tous les commerces, restaurants et transports. Le métro est à 10 minutes à pied, autrement il est très facile de trouver un taxi ou un tuktuk. Les chambres familiales sont spacieuses et fonctionnelles. Il y a une kitchenette avec un grand frigo, un micro-ondes, une bouilloire et de la vaisselle. Un sèche-cheveux, un fer et une table à reposer sont également à disposition dans la chambre. Le ménage est effectué chaque jour de manière impeccable. L'espace piscine est magnifique et agréable. Elle dispose d'un jacuzzi, d'un toboggan et de plusieurs petites cascades. Nous avons toutefois trouvé l'eau un peu fraîche. Concernant les points négatifs, le premier concerne les prix de la restauration et des boissons qui sont excessifs, comparé à d'autres hôtels. Pour cette raison, nous n'avons pas du tout consommé à l'hôtel. Le deuxième point concerne le service que nous avons trouvé impersonnel. Les personnes à la réception ou à l'entrée font bien leur travail mais il nous a manqué ce côté "chaleureux" des thaïlandais, de même qu'un accueil un peu plus personnalisé. Ce petit plus aurait certainement fait la différence pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Très bonne expérience au Novotel Living Bangkok. L’hôtel est très confortable (bonne literie et bonne insonorisation), le personnel sympathique. Et surtout très adapté pour une famille avec enfants. Notamment la piscine après des journées de visite et très appréciable.
