Dans l’ensemble : un bon séjour. L’hôtel est facilement accessible depuis le métro. Le studio est spacieux et bien équipé ! Petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité ! Seul bémol : le service client en règle général, pas au rendez-vous quand on connaît la qualité de service prônée et inculquée par Accor (dont je suis moi-même collaboratrice), ainsi que la qualité de l’anglais par certain membre du personnel, la compréhension n’était pas facile..

Un hôtel au calme, un peu en retrait de l’agitation de l’avenue Sukhumvit et de sa bruyante agitation. Le personnel est serviable et très gentil. Les chambres sont au dessus du niveau d’un Novotel classique. Un excellent restaurant japonais et un étonnant restaurant mexicain aux pieds de l’hôtel complètent l’offre de cet hôtel atypique.
