Had a very good experience with the front desk during check in and out.But the housekeeping was not up to standard-the room was not done,towels not changed.The was food left outside the corridor close to our room from overnight until around 2:30 pm.It is not a good look for Accor

The worst Novotel experience ever

The hotel is well located, the room was ok. The disappointing part was the breakfast - rather limited choice and some of the food was low quality - scrambled eggs unbeatable imo.

Fine. Beds are way too soft, shower mechanism flimsy, separate gym key just silly.
