Le personnel était très accueillant, présent et sympathique. L’hôtel et la chambre très propre, les plats du restaurant vraiment bons. Très bien situé par rapport au centre touristique, proche de tout.

Le Novotel Budapest Danube, est idéalement situé et propose tout le confort nécessaire. Néanmoins, je laisse la note D. 8/10, car j'ai senti un jugement à la réception quand je me suis présentée (haussement D. sourcils quand j'ai indiqué mon nom), on ne m'a pas expliqué les différents services proposés, c'est une fois connectée à la WiFi que j'ai pu en prendre connaissance via le site internet. J'ai dû poser la question concernant l'horaire du petit déjeuner, et demander à nettoyer ma chambre, car je pensais que cela se faisait chaque jour en mettant le petit panneau sur la poignée D. porte mais visiblement non.

Hotel tres bien situé, vue de la chambre côté Danube spectaculaire (suite). Bon petit déjeuner. Tram et metro à 5 minutes à pieds. Personnel disponible et courtois.
