Hôtel conforme aux standards Ibis. Un plus: accès à la piscine de l'hôtel Novotel moyennant 10 euros Personnel de l'hôtel très agréable. L'équipe a le souci de bien faire. Établissement bien entretenu et propre. Actuellement le quartier est en travaux, il est difficile de se rendre à pieds à la station de métro qui pourtant n'est pas très loin (10 minutes à pieds), ligne marmaraï qui permet la désserte des principes sites touristiques (Aminonu) et de la rive asiatique.

Une remarque c'est que le shampoing de la douche ne se change pas une fois qu'il est épuisé se change sur demande à chaque fois, même les serviettes toujours il y avait un manque

Mon arrivée s'est bien déroulée, avec la surprise d'avoir une chambre avec vue sur la mer. Le message d'accueil laissé sur le lit m'a touché, l'équipe de l'hôtel est très sympathique. La chambre était propre, le linge toujours renouvelé. Une seule remarque concernant le service du petit déjeuner, les tables sont parfois nettoyées trop vite alors que vous êtes simplement au buffet pour vous servir à nouveau.

Tout d’abord l’hotel En lui même est bien dans un bon cadre . Je tiens à remercier le réceptionniste le garçon qui m’a reçu à 5h du matin le jour de mon arrivé et m’a fait une faveur de demander à sa collègue qui commençait le matin de m’enregistre à 9h que je puisse occupé une chambre. J’ai été très déçu du manager qui a demander ensuite après vers les 12h qu’on m’appelle de venir montrer ma carte de crédit paye en ligne pour l’hotel Je trouve ça très désagréable et je ne sais pour quel raison il a fait cela. Je tiens juste à rappeler que durant tout mon séjour d’ou Je passais le plus de temps à l’acceuil En aucun cas je n’avais vu des autres clients ayant eu ce traitement de montrer leur carte de crédit à l’arriver !! J’ai sympathiser avec d autres clients d ou m’es Venu de leur poser la question concernant la carte de crédit qu’il n’on pas été demander . ( je ne sais pas si c’est grâce à ma couleur de peau ? ) même lorsque je commandais à manger au restaurant de l’hotel Ça arrivait que j’entende les cuisiniers rigoler par rapport à mes demandes !! Exemple me servir des pâtes bolognaise sans pain ni parmesan et que à chaque fois il me fallait demander !!!!

parole, écrit et réalité n'ont pas même sur la fiche ! La chambre n'était (1.jour) pas propre! Le matelas ne restait jamais à sa place ! Il bougeait tout le temps… Et boisson offre, ce qu’écrit sur ticket de boisson offre et la réalité, il ya aucun l’intérêt !....

Accueil froid,personnel pas a l'ecoute et absent-le 1er jour nous avons signalé que la chambre était sale ,ça n'a gêné personne 10 jours après les chevets avauent toujours la même tache de café collé et la poussiere Personne ne nous z propose de changer de chambre et pour la saleté pour le bruit jour et nuit des travaux -sorte de gos marteau piqueur quu tape On nz pouvait pas ouvrir la fenêtreni les rideaux car en face il y avait les ouvriers De plusle personnel froid sui ne dit jamais ni bonjour ni quoi que ce soit Très déçus

Les locaux chambre et communs répondent au cahier des charges. Mais quelle que soit leur implication et leurs efforts, de jeunes garçons de 20 à 25 ans, non formés visiblement et ne parlant qu’un mauvais sabir d anglais, ne suffisent pas. De plus chacun voulant se faire bien voir, ils en font trop et ne restent pas neutres et discrets. Les femmes de chambre semblent être débordées alors que l’hôtel est vide et la chambre n’est jamais complètement faite. Un vrai souci pour l’équipe...des stagiaires. De plus la navette hôtel centre-ville (déterminante dans le choix d’un hôtel situé à Zeytinburnu) n’est pas fiable pour les retours, ce qui oblige à prendre un taxi car l’hôtel n’est pas accessible à pieds. Situé en bord de périphérique et avec des chantiers fermés à l arrière. La nourriture est chère pour la ville et pas bonne du tout. Du décongelé d’accord mais pas du sèche au micro-ondes. Les portions sont trop petites. Mieux au novotel’juste à côté. Le petit déjeuner en revanche est très bien. La piscine doit être sympa l’été. Une vue magnifique sur la mer de Marmara et les bateaux qui attendent pour passer le Bosphore on ne s’en lasse pas. Wifi impeccable. Télévision très bien. Eau chaude aussi. Propreté bien. Coffre bien. Literie géniale. Sécurité bien. Isolation phonique fenêtres et murs bien. Une dernière remarque .. une seule femme dans toute l’équipe réceptionnistes service, dommage.
