Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay at Novotel Cardiff Centre. I am delighted to hear that you found your room comfortable and that you had a good night's sleep. It is also wonderful to know that you enjoyed our leisure facilities, particularly the swimming pool, which remains one of the most popular features of the hotel. I am sorry, however, that you felt the parking charge for your motorcycle was expensive. We understand that parking costs can be an important consideration when travelling, and we appreciate your feedback. I was also disappointed to read that you found the breakfast selection limited. We aim to offer a varied buffet with both hot and continental options to cater for a range of tastes and dietary requirements.
