Excellent food and best service. Friendly staff. Location is convenient and plenty of parking space. Canteen environment is lively and joyful. Quick refill of food for breakfast. Fresh and clean. Music is quite modern but full of the energy of the morning. Everyone is enjoying. Very happy experience for the whole family.

An amazing place with a more than accommodating and amazing staff. We have travelled here to enjoy a few days off work and everyone has been absolutely amazing. From a request to change rooms to enjoying the leisure centre to the fresh, wonderfully choiced, and superbly catered breakfast , everyone has been supremely courteous, smiling and brilliantly accommodating to us. The chef and his service staff are always well turned out, clean tidy and smiling. We have been literally impressed with their attention to individual food choices and their memory .... When staff take an absolute pride in their hospitality, it shows. I can safely say within the UK, this experience at a decent hotel has been our best, in terms of hospitality. Kudos guys.... Diolch !

Service was very ordinary at check in . I have a disability, was offered no assistance to my room . You only get 1 chance to make a first impression . To big burly men at the front desk and no offer for a 60 yo man . The following day things improved a little when a young lady tried to be more help .

Clean & comfortable Had a great night sleep, Reception staff to the kitchen and restaurant staff are absolutely amazing friendly and helpful.. I always enjoy my stay here when in some to Cardiff.. The pool and sauna are great too.. Thank you guys

No baby crib for three night stay

We booked this trip well in advanced (2-3 months) and stayed in an executive room. We requested a crib as we have a toddler. When we checked in to the hotel, we found our room was without a crib. We informed reception who took two hours to send someone upstairs, who told us no cribs were available. By this time it was 10pm, we made do for the first night and asked if we could have a crib for the remaining two nights, despite our requests we didn't receive it. Disappointing really.
