Staff lobby and staff houskeeping was very helpul , and no with all staff with the restaurant , when i arribed for the breakfast no one can help me , no smile and i dont know what happen When at late night i ask for ginger tea , and the guy who took the phone ask no more ginger ?? Whyy ?? I’m that moment little bit feeling sick , i ‘m get cough . I know this hotel not this lixury hotel , but please make it more great service like luxury hotel :)

Good Hotel But No Luck For Us

Room: Air-cond is terrible, we set at lowest temperature but still not working well. We are sweating at 3:00am in lowest temperature. Did report to Hotel and technician inform everything is ok. Breakfast: Good spread of breakfast and the food is so tasty, love their sambal ijo. Food refill is terrible, we need to wait 10-15 mins for each meal to be refill. What we observe there is no leader on floor to monitor & supervise. Both of your coffee machine also problem, milk/coffee pour more than cup capacity. Air cond in cafe also bad, we are sweating like hell. This is summary from 4 days staying, the result is consistent not fulfill our expectation.

The hospitality is top-notch. Staffs very well presented. The room is also comforting and worry free for a solo traveller like me. The only dissatisfaction is that I got a room with cigarettes' smell. Idk if the exhaust system is not working well or anything. Overall, it's a good stay.
