I love to come back here! I have stayed at this hotel 4 times. This ibis Hotel has amazing and very helpful staff with great location. It’s very near the underground and bus stations. They also serve a delicious breakfast. Moreover, it’s worth visiting their pub for great drinks and food, where everyone can find something special for themselves. Definitely I will come back here again :) P.S. A massive thank you to Ahmed Ali who was so helpful during my personal stay.

I stay here, if I can, every time I need to come to London. I have never had any issues. I have stayed previously when work has been going on and there has been no detriment to my stay. However, last week I noticed the water pressure to the shower in the room was reduced. Obviously reception is in a temporary location so I get there is a lot of things going on. But nowhere when I booked did it say about the reception change or water pressure issues. Upon travelling to my first meeting last Monday I noticed water escaping at the side corner of the building (opposite end of the hotel from the old reception entrance) so this could be the reason. I'm back in May anyway as it won't stop me wanting to stay at the Ibis but I didn't have time to raise the issue with any reception staff due to me being really busy during my stay.
