The entrance, reception and cafe are extremely well laid out. Bedroom is large enough with a great bathroom. No complaints at all.

The staff at the reception desk were very efficient and helpful. We arrived a little early and they quickly organised to store our bags so we did not have to worry about leaving them. The room was comfortable and clean with plenty of tea and coffee for our stay. Breakfast was very good. It was well presented and very tasty. All in all a very relaxing stay.

The hotel is located in the Fulham area of West London, right on the border of Kensington and Chelsea. Short bus ride to the museums. Clean and renovated rooms.

This was our second visit to Ibis. Great facilities with restaurant and bar. The hotel is extremely quiet, no banging doors at night, so unusual. Our only complaint was not able to get a fresh coffee at breakfast. The queues were long with food getting cold. Only one machine working. I had to purchase one in the lobby before checking out. Morning coffee is essential at 6.30am!
