Refused to give an invoice for my company which they require no other hotel does this which my company uses. A bedside light didn't work and it took 45 minutes for the water to get hot for a shower.

We arrived just before check in and parked our car, the hotel was easy to find and the addition of an underground car park was great. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk into the heart of the city. The hotel was clean, the rooms were very good size. I would definitely stay here again when we are visiting family.

Poor customer service, no hot water, won't respond to complaints.

No hot water for shower. Had to leave for a lengthy journey, early morning, without any shower etc. Not a single manager in building (they claimed), to help with my complaint at the time. They refused to discuss any refund or compensation. I was just given an email address to complain to. No reply from that address. Sent a chaser email a week later. Still no reply. Am now going to initate chargeback through my bank card as Novotel Bristol will not respond to me. Avoid.
