At check in the member of staff lacked any customer service skills, and despite being there for the 2pm check in only accessible rooms were available. The room itself was dated and lacked basically functionality, the bed was two pushed together and uncomfortable, the shower barely worked, fridge did not work and was actually warmer than the room, bathroom taps did not heat up, and there were only two available plug sockets
