Good experience, room was good condition if a little cold. Not really a problem. Dining experience was spoilt a little with incorrect availability advice though alternatives later provided were ok.

We stayed for 2 nights and very much enjoyed our stay. Our room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The temperature was perfect. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive. It’s probably not as plush as some 4 star hotels but we got a good price on the Accor app so it was great value for money.
