We stayed for 2 nights last weekend. The staff are lovely, really helpful, and our room was brilliant! It was an accessible room, and for a change, the wet room had a chair in the shower, not one of those fold down seats fixed to the wall. This was so much better for me, as I could move the chair where in needed it, and it felt so much safer sitting on a chair with actual legs, not something fixed to the wall. The only reason I gave a 9 instead of a 10 was that there are no chairs in the changing rooms - I had a sauna and steam whilst my OH used the gym, and changing out of my swimsuit was a challenge.

The staff, refreshments and environments were all excellent. The only slight problem was the heating in the room we had been allocated. It was cold at times. When I brought this to the attention of the staff it was rectified each time.Perhaps something to improve upon

A nice hotel in a fab location. This hotel is just a few minutes walk from the train station and a quick walk to some of the bars and restaurants. The hotel is easy located for those wishing to stay the night before a flight from the airport as the airport bus goes from the train station. We were not doing that this time around but I will be doing so next time we are flying out of Bristol. Beds and the rooms were clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable and it's great to have the double sofa bed option. There were a few issues but staff quickly helped to resolve theses. All staff were very helpful and friendly which made for a good stay

Good overall experience, room well equipped but there was a slight rumbling noise throughout The night which impacted on sleep. The only other factor which is not the hotels fault is that Due to ongoing roadworks we found it difficult to find due to the one way system bus lanes and Confusing the sat nav
