Someone else was able to open the room allocated to us with their card when we were still inside the room. It happened Twice to me, when i asked the staff, they simply said sorry by mistake for the first time and next time they said they wanted to check if its ready for next guest, in a simple tone said its normal. Me and my family were panicked when someone opened the door and our sleep was disturbed. What if we are not in the room ? what if something is stolen ? I was not happy since it was disturbing our privacy and happened more than once. The night staff in reception is also not informative, when i asked about parking details. She was not aware. Breakfast is limited, has a big queue to enter and has only one person serving all customers. So overall my experience with Novotel was not that great, got disappointed

The room, and location was very nice. I was just under the impression that breakfast was included, only to find out that it was not, no issue there however, a 21 euro breakfast should include much more than why was provided.

Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Plenty of parking in garage under the hotel. About €1.25/hour. Breakfast was just ok. The scrambled eggs and potatoes were the best. The waitstaff has to bring you everything (COVID) but doesn’t provide menus, although you can get your own coffee from the machine. No cappuccinos or lattes were available, just coffee, hot water and espresso. You must decide at the restaurant check-in desk what you would like to order before you are seated. Covid measures are being taken at the hotel with one way directional patterns clearly displayed and hand sanitizers readily available. Face masks are mandatory while inside anywhere in Luxembourg with many wearing them outside as well.

The hotel is located very close to public transport and within easy access from the airport. There is a nice walk to the city center. I had a very warm welcome by the reception staff who were very kind and helpful at every time. The hotel staff accomplished all health protocols within the current situation, they took very good care of me. Breakfast is very nice, a good start to your day, and so is the staff at the restaurant. Room was magnificent, very well decorated and modern, perfectly clean and silent, so no noise can interrupt your rest. Bed was very comfortable, in order to have a good rest after a day visiting Luxembourg or working. I can only say thank you to everyone!

Very tidy room. Though light switch for the light above the mirror in the hall wasn't working properly. We missed the in-between housekeeping, so we had to ask for extra toilet rolls, as we only got 2 rolls that were both halfway already. Shower eas really nice and shiny. Breakfast was definitely not worth the money. I really wish I hadn't book it. The room was spacious and we got to see the formula 1 race on thr big tv, which was nice. Too bad there's no hotel parking (that work with the room passes). Staff was friendly.

Nice clean hotel, although there was nothing in the rooms on arrival, had to ask for everything separately (towels, toiletries, etc), apparently due to corona - bit weird I thought. Breakfast was great, although there was way too much food and a lot went to waste as it was preallocated. We asked for less, but were told we’ve paid for it all so it’s fine, I wasn’t overly happy wasting so much extra food. Other than that nice location with easy walk to the old and new towns.

polite staff, room was clean and well decorated, airco was working fine. internet connection was perfect. dinner was good. breakfast was well organised and good. car park was just under the hotel. hotel is located at a walking distance to famous locations. A family with two little boys it was an easy and comfortable hotel.

Close to the centre

Once I walked into the room It was clean and had a good amount of sockets as we were carrying a lot of tech! The centre is around a 15 minute walk and the supermarket is closer! The only thing I would say is if, the Red Square Restaurant could change their menu everyday for dinner because it stayed the same!

Friendly, generally nervous feel with covid requirements but the friendliness help get through it. Main comment - the coffee is poor, for breakfast machines had no milk. The hotel should invest in a decent coffee maker.

I stayed many times, but COVID measures... I know you need special things but what you do is described as cheap & not worth 4* One towel, no cleaning.... come one.
