The only problem encountered was on my last night and morning I could not get on the wifi, staff tried, I tried to no avail. when I left the hotel I had no problems elsewhere so it was not my equipment. But overall it was a most enjoyable experience. Thank you

The Ibis Morumbi has a good location, but the maintenance of the rooms is very poor. Starting with the bathroom floor tiles that are loose. I found out on the second day that the rooms were cleaned every three days - anyone told me in the check in (how to dispose the bathroom trash?). I had to use a microwave in the Bar and the microwave cleaning was terrible (I had to heat milk in that dirty microwave).

Mostly what you'd expect from an Ibis hotel, but the building needs maintenance and more aeration. There was mold on the bathroom, there was strong chemical smells from the cleaning. Gave me a headache. I'll avoid this hotel until it's renovated.

The room was not clean enough before my entering, the shower room looks dirty and there was trash (paper box) beside the bed. I have not received the receipt through e-mail as promised and I need that.

In the shower, the water was not flowing to the drain due to bad cleanliness. The room was smelling mold. There were only one receptionist to complete the check in and to answer the phone. Huge line and took really long time to check in.

I gotta a plug and play room, but any of my gadgets connected on projector. The room is great, very confortable, but I didn't get to connect, just the differential didn't work, so the reason to pay more - went away.

Poor Cleaning

IBIS Morumbi is cleaning the room each 3 days. Front desk informed that this was happening due to pandemic protocols, however, I stayed in Mercure-Jardins (same city) during the past weekend, and they were cleaning the room on daily basis. So, the perception is that this cleaning procedure from Ibis Morumbi is not a pandemic protocol from the city of São Paulo or Accor, but an internal protocol to reduce costs. Very disappointed with this decision from Ibis and my stay this time was not as good as usual.

Nice choice for a quick stopover. Very good bed indeed. Quiet location. Nice breakfast! We had a friends party nearby and the hotel was a natural choice to rest after a celebration. It is not a "classy" hotel, but it is OK.

Please please bring new towels... this is urgent... you keep asking, so I keep saying: this facility is super convenient, well localized, good breakfast, the bar is fair, the employees are nice... the bed is ok, pillows not so much ok, BUT THE TOWELS!!! OH MY GOD.... That is ridiculous...

Good hotel

The hotel is very good. The bedroom was clean and quiet. it has a beautiful view of an avenue and the Morumbi shopping, that is in front of the hotel. Excellent location to go to USA Consulate. The hotel has a delicious breakfast with a fair price. I've love it.
