My experience in Novotel was a memorable one, my room was well taken care of with the house keeping team, which is Tina Anthony, she is interactive, out spoken, well organized. The way she made my room was perfect, I feel at home and comfortable.the ambiance of the room was nice, the air freshener is unique.

Great experience overall. Jane Ugorji was very intentional when cleaning the rooms. Diligent and courteous as well. I also had a great encounter with Faith and Precious at the kitchen. They were very welcoming and treated guests with respect and true care. The hotel management needs to fix the elevators though. It’s stressful to use it and not safe at all.

Well located, very polite staffs, great hospitality and overall the bed is so comfy, and the housekeeper madam rose Mary, so nice, polite, always checking if our room and stay is in good shape, i applaud her for that
