I use the Reading Ibis every time I need to stay in Reading for work or pleasure. I have always found them to be super friendly and super helpful, but unfortunately this time I was left disappointed after I was made to feel like a power cut was my fault.

Hotel was well located, staff were friendly, bar was small but apparently you can use next door. Rooms were basic but had everything we needed. Would stay again

hotel was fine but noise from the room above from 4.30am to 6 am kept me awake so i did not sleep well
