Centrally located and two minutes away from the railway station and the main shopping area, the hotel offers a good service. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are super clean.

I was in a rush and the shower was blocked. Had to have a one minute shower as to not flood the bathroom.

A good location and comfortable. However, the handle of the shower in my room was very stiff ( perhaps it was fairly new) and so I did have a semi cold shower. Some brief instructions about how to operate it would be useful. When I checked in, another staff member came to chat with the receptionist, almost ignoring the fact that the receptionist was dealing with a customer. Social conversations should be restricted until the guest check in has been completed. I should say that ,at other times during my stay, the single person on reception was very friendly and helpful.
