All employees was were gentle and helpful specially I want point out to Mark he was were responsive Thanks for everything and good relationship. My room was very clean. Linen, towels and amenities were changed daily. In the middle of town centre hut surprisingly was very quiet. Alexander.

I was really impressed by the Ibis hotel my first time staying. And will certainly stay there again. Room was clean and tidy. The staff were excellent. Especially reception and the lovely helpful Spanish operations manager. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable. All staff our appreciated.

the rooms are as expected but the overal impression of the hotel is going south. The technical state of the elevators is below average (floor indicator broken, cage going up wobbly). The rooms are clean but the age is showing and some parts are worn and broken. TV channels start at 8, then go to 12 with a lot of "no signal" channels in between. overal: a hotel in decline, although the staff is very friendly and helpful but there is a limit to what they can do.

Needed Sleep.. Bed was too uncomfortable.

I was in dire need of sleep after three back to back full on days at work. Unfortunately the twin beds pushed together (middle line was pronounced and uncomfortable), and the thin matress topper prevented me from getting the full amount of sleep I needed.
