Sehr geehrter Herr b., wir danken Ihnen vielmals, dass Sie sich nach Ihrem Aufenthalt im Mercure Tagungs & Landhotel Krefeld die Zeit genommen haben, uns zu schreiben, und bedauern zutiefst, dass die erbrachten Serviceleistungen Ihren Erwartungen nicht entsprochen haben. Wir bedauern, dass wir vor Ort keine Lösung für Sie bezüglich des Badezimmers gefunden haben und scheinbar auch nicht so reagiert haben auf Ihr Anliegen, wie es sein sollte. Wir haben die Thematik einer besseren Kommunikation bereits im Front Office Team besprochen. Für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen wir uns an dieser Stelle vielmals bei Ihnen.
