very small uncomfortable beds, noisy, a bit roude welcome because the staff didnt find the booking directly, breakfast was halfway good... friendly staff there, but hot buffet had too much convenience food, which was dried out. but lots of different very nice breads and bread rolls, all in all we would not book again, which is sad because the hotel is located in a very nice surrounding.

I've been in this hotel more than 10 times in the last 2 years, and the level of excelence is always the same. A high qualified and attentive personnel make every stay a great one. If you have to organise a meeting close to Düsseldorf, there is no better place.

Goed breakfast. The matrass was a bit too hard for me. It was also noisy in the lobby/bar area (all the rooms om the ground floor face the lobby).

I come about weekly in Krefeld Mercure Tagungs hotel The team at check-in desk and restaurant is great I'm only surprised about recurring disagreements with my Accor fidelity profile that did not update on my stayings from January 2025
