The carpark was very overgrown and my first impression was that the hotel had been closed a long time and I had gone to the wrong place as the outside was so untidy. I paid for the better quality wifi service and it was useless, it kept cutting out and ket telling me I had attached too many devices even after I removed them all, a total waste of money and I ended up having to use my phone as a hotspot. The room wasn't very well lit and the light by the sink would only stay on for a few seconds, making things even worse.

This is a very nice small hotel. It can host two adults and one child. My only complain would be there is no elevator. The covid-19 rules are followed extremely cautiously, as they have a machine that checks you in and provides you with the key to your room.

OK. You get what you pay for. But the website is misleading in describing this hotel as an airport hotel. It was a 40 Euro taxi ride away from the airport and the city centre. Overall, that added $160 Euro to my 2-night stay, almost doubling the cost. Also it is in the middle of nowhere, literally surrounded by farmland, so either eat before you go there, or take food & water as there is nowhere in the vicinity to get an eveing meal. No easy access to the rail system either. Very remote.

If you arrive before 5 pm you have to check in via a machine. This requires your booking no. and also a credit card with a pin no. I either did not notice this or it wasn't clear in the email when I booked, so I had the cards but not the pin. Luckily my wife knew her pin. You need all this to get your code from the machine to open the door -- which also opens your room once you get inside.

Arrived very late ins evening after reception had closed. Automated check in is very confusing and translation of instructions into English is poor, if you follow the instructions precisely you don’t get in Took 20 minutes to check in with no support available. Breakfast room was so small and busy I didn’t get any breakfast

The manager in charge has been most friendly & helpful to a 1st time foreign room guest like me ! I have booked the room via internet & have no idea where about is the location; it was the manager on duty who had help me by advising me how to go about & even where to get my dinner everyday for 5 days !!! Many thanks to him except I have forgotten to ask his name ?

We booked 2 rooms, room 311 was the smelliest, so we all slept in 314 which wasn’t bad

Nice and clean for the price, just beware of online booking

The place is nice and clean, the staff is helpful. Hard to find better for the price. The only recurring problem with ibis Budget hotels is the booking system. Once again, while booking with the AccorHotels website, my booking had not be transmitted to the hotel -- in clear words, the hotel didn't have any booking in my name. I was lucky as the hotel manager was very competent and helpful, and that there was a room available for me (sometimes there isn't any, so you are left in the street). Again, this is not a problem from Ibis Budget Düsseldorf Airport, this is a problem from Accor booking system, and this kind of stuff happens frequently. Please Accor people, do something about it.

I was on business trip with friends. Considering that we used shared transportation, it was important to use accommodation in the same hotel.We arranged to book accommodation through the web portal in the IBIS BUDGET DUESSELDORF HILDEN. My reservation FPTDDVST. Unfortunately, there was only one room free and I had to cancel my reservation. My cancellation 5186 dated 23.08.2017-12:50:00.I made a new reservation with my friend in IBIS BUDGET DUESSELDORF AIRPORT br .FPTDHBBB. Considering the policy of IBIS BUDGET that there is no possibility of cancellation free of charge, I decided not to use the same chain of hotels anymore. Please delete my email address from your memory and do not send me any offers or advertisements.

A standard hotel with reasonable price and very clean. This hotel is in a very small distance from Geneva.Rooms are clean and everything is standard. This hotel has no elevator, but 2 floors. Parking is free and convenient and cheap breakfast is available.

Standard Ibis Budget, easy to reach rght off the highway, quiet, OK if you have your own means of transportation, or else you're pretty much stranded. Taxis are available but cost around 40€ from airport to hotel. One note regarding hygiene: toilet has extra paper roll placed on support next to toilet bowl, some 15 cm from floor and below toilet bowl level. This is wrong and hygienically unacceptable: toilet paper gets splashed with liquids from bowl getting flushed and male users. Extra paper roll must be at higher level and protected.
