Small number on English channels. Only got the dinner menu in English at my third dinner. Many people with very poor English knowledge which is not good given the variety of customers. Very little light at the room. Good breakfast. Quiet.

Clean, tidy and efficient. Great for a short business stay. Not too much to do around it but adequate for what I needed. Breakfast was nice and didn't try bar, gym or restaurant for evening meal. Reception was good.

The hotel is well located, a few minutes car ride to the airport in a quiet business area. Unfortunately, as we stayed on a week-end night, the bar and restaurant were closed.

I stayed during a major exhibition, and therefore paid over €300 for the first night of my stay, over a €100 for the second night, and in my opnion the rate for the thrird night of my stay was more appropriate for a Room whose door is so thin that the other guests in the bar are easily heard. Additionally, the bathroom (I suspect the drain in the shower) had a *very* unpleasnt smell. This meant I was kept awake from the noise of other guests until 2am in the morning, was woken up by the cleaner vacumming at 05:30am, and had to suffer the smell for the duration of my stay. It shoudl not be my responsibility as the guest to inform the hotel that there is a significant problem that the housekeeping should be able to easily identify.

I could stay with my Family for one night at this hotel and I can just Point out that we got excellent Service, Right from the check-in, during the stay at the bar, the breakfast was great as well the check-out.

Arrived in the hotel on friday 1st November, not feeling welcome by the receptionist on duty at 16h15, next morning no smiling staff in the breakfast area nor the receptionist. In the evening very nice receptionist named Gloria and very helpful; In the restaurant the only nice person and smiling was an elderly blond woman. No restaurant nor bar open for a drink or food in the evening!! due to lack of booking, restaurant closed without informing the customer prior arrival!! message to the general manager of the hotel (Sven Schultz) and the restaurant manager (Patrick Winter): Inform your customers prior arrival to tell them your restaurant nor the bar will not be functioning during their stay!!!

Hotel stay close to Duesseldorf Airport for reasonable cost - no extra parking charges. Excellent breakfast I very much enjoyed the huge sweet cherries - great idea. On the downside: I came as Accor Platinum Member - almost no extra advantage beside of a welcome drink. The internet was down for the entire stay (two day) - no compensation for this. The hotel has no aircondition in the rooms - be prepared for sweating in the summer. The minibar is locked - you have to ask for a key.

Stayed one night. Payed 200€ for privelege room. Check-in went quick, however staff was not welcoming. Room is outdated (except bathroom, really modern) and was freezing since the window was left open. Heating did not work and copper wires were hanging out, did not look safe. At 22u30, a large group arrived with lots of noise. Wanted to call reception, but hotel phone did not work. So used my mobile and the receptionist said he would close the corridor doors (which he did), no apology, nothing. Breakfast was busy, not enough staff to keep buffet filled. Tables dirty. Kitchen staff without apron or hair net. Check out was quick, but staff did not inquire about stay. One of the worst Mercure I have ever stayed, will not be coming back, unless some serious management changes will occur.

The room was without air conditioning and mini bar. I had to open the window to sleep because the wheater was very hot!! Wifi was not good and you needed minutes to open a hompage. The location was good.

Very courteous, professional staff throughout all departments. Especially the front desk as well as the breakfast personal was great. Complementary access to two gyms across the street - priceless! Very nice offerings at the breakfast buffet.

Nice room, friendly people. Breakfast way to expensive by bad service. During breakfast time just 2 friendly ladies running around but couldn't handle all tables. Ending up in tables packed with dishes etc. Good location, easy to find.
