The rooms could be better maintained: the toilet seat in my room was partly broken, the closet should slide more easily, and the air-conditioner is way too noisy. Also, the people at the reception desk, although very nice, should be better informed when a company pays for one's room *before* they charge the guest for accommodation.

An Excellent Stay

The Mercure Grand was included in a package tour. We liked our room. The location is close to the city center. Our room was commodious and everything worked as it should. The hotel is located in an alleyway so getting the luggage into the hotel is not easy. On the other hand it was very quiet. I would happily stay here again.
