The staff was super helpful, due to the renovation in the hotel’s waiting area they even allowed early check in/late check out free of charge! It is well located as well, less than a minute from a Paulista metro station, and close to all the main attractions on Avenida Paulista.

Unfortunately, one of the receptionists was very monossilabic and a little bit bad educated and low motivated - two times I was there I felt the same behavior. I think he is not ready to receive the Accor guests. On the other hand, nice hotel location and very clean dependences.
