Great location, quite an IBIS comfort. However: - garage not properly marked (heard sign was stolen) - bar only served drinks, no food, vending machines were broken - breakfast was fine, but the egg station present was empty...

Overall clean, but here and there dusty in the room. Only big towels provided no hand towel, cleaning lady came to the rom, the morning of last day, so why cleaning before checkout.

We arrived by train from Salzburg on a rainy day and were very pleased to access our accommodation at Ibis so easily without getting wet. The reception staff were helpful and it was an easy walk into the centre of town from the hotel

The hotel was clean, had good security and was so convenient for the train station. Perfect, apart from the street noise and dubious characters out there. Overall I would stay there again.

I am platinum member, they didn’t upgrade me to a bigger size room. Until I found another room (407) is bigger, then they changed the room for me. When I slept until 5:30am next day. A stranger (woman) opened my door room and she screamed. I guessed she got the wrong key and was shocked to see me when she opened my room door. I woke up my husband and we checked the door immediately and felt scary. We found no one was outside my room. We moved our suitcases lean on the room door to protect us. We complained to the front desk in the same morning. The staff (a lady) only said apology but can’t ensure no such thing happens again. Her response is very disappointed!

Terrible location, surly reception staff, no tea or coffee facilities in the room, no bottle of water in room. One soft pillow each. Only two hard plastic seats in room. Escalator to get up to reception on first floor but you have to carry your cases back down a stair. No liaison between desk and cleaner as to when rooms have been vacated. We had a cleaner trying to get into our room at 9am before we were even up. Only positive points are that it was clean and they had a room where we could leave our cases after we had checked out.

Hotel was easy to find. We were warmly greeted and checked in. Staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were not disturbed by noise from other guests, but were disturbed occasionally by groups outside the train station at night. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been ideal, but they're not available here. I was able to buy a coffee in reception though. You only get one small pillow, a bigger one, or second one would have been my personal preference. We did not opt for breakfast. Overall we were happy with our stay, and would stay again.

There is what looks like blood on the curtains, reported but not cleaned. No tea and coffee facilities, this is now standard in IBIS hotels. Very unhelpful staff, we were not allowed milk for the tea station. When I queried why I was told it is company policy. I asked if it was IBIS policy then the receptionist changed her story and said it was the chef who made the rule. She went on to say that if it was up to him, there would be no tea offered either. I book my hotels regularly through Accor and have never been in a hotel where guests were not allowed tea and coffee facilities.

A very basic hotel - no kettle provided in the room and only two pillows for a double bed, but a nice bathroom with shower. Best part is that the hotel is located immediately adjacent to Innsbruck station (1 minute walk).
