Hotel was easy to find. We were warmly greeted and checked in. Staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were not disturbed by noise from other guests, but were disturbed occasionally by groups outside the train station at night. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been ideal, but they're not available here. I was able to buy a coffee in reception though. You only get one small pillow, a bigger one, or second one would have been my personal preference. We did not opt for breakfast. Overall we were happy with our stay, and would stay again.

There is what looks like blood on the curtains, reported but not cleaned. No tea and coffee facilities, this is now standard in IBIS hotels. Very unhelpful staff, we were not allowed milk for the tea station. When I queried why I was told it is company policy. I asked if it was IBIS policy then the receptionist changed her story and said it was the chef who made the rule. She went on to say that if it was up to him, there would be no tea offered either. I book my hotels regularly through Accor and have never been in a hotel where guests were not allowed tea and coffee facilities.

A very basic hotel - no kettle provided in the room and only two pillows for a double bed, but a nice bathroom with shower. Best part is that the hotel is located immediately adjacent to Innsbruck station (1 minute walk).

Another successful stay. Extremely clean and tidy. Great location for local walking and bus to/from the airport. Basic facilities but wonderful value for.
