We stayed in Innsbruck for 2 nights. IBIS is perfectly situated by the train station, no dragging bags longs distance. Rooms are decent size as well as bathrooms. Beds are comfortable.Rooms are clean. Close enough to the old town.

We arrived without a booking. We were helped by a friendly receptionist. The room was large with a king size bed comfortable and good quality bedding. It had WiFi tv and plenty of storage space. The bathroom was a good size and very clean. We were given a free welcome voucher for a drink at the bar.
