Hotel is in an excellent location for a transit through Innsbruck. Rooms are warm and quiet. The main downside was the lack of pillow support (2 pillows were provided but they were quiet soft / thin). We are booked for next year

Location is good, but not good service. No tea/ coffee in the room. Needed to go to the lobby to get some tea. Coffee, guests have to pay for it. The only Accor hotel not providing tea/ coffee in a room. The pillow is small (suitable for children), not for adult. I booked a room for 2 people, they brought only 1 on the 3rd day. Not enough gel in the bathroom. I needed to remind the cleaner about it. I booked a 4 nights stay. The key was validated for 1 day. Needed to revalidate it. The list for complaints is long. But keeping it short here. It is my last stay at this hotel. Last time, about 3 years ago, I put a complaint, as I was charged for tax when the amount wasn't included in the booking document and I got it refunded. I would not recommend this hotel. I am Austrian and I lived in Innsbruck. Great that I know other hotels that provide a customer service.

The hotel was well located but the rooms were basic and not very comfortable. We only had two tiny pillows on our bed and an overly small duvet which wasn't really big enough for 2 people. The staff were friendly but would appreciate more care given to comforts in the room like extra pillows and a bigger duvet
